Aurora shut the door to her chiefs office and stood in front of his desk, Boden leaned back in his chair looking at his goddaughter. "Are you okay?" His face stayed stone cold but his eyes showed concern. "Wally I'm fine, Cruz and Otis took a hell of a hit though." the girl let her professional demeanor drop for a second.
Wallace Boden gave her a nod before starting to talk again, "Otis and Cruz got sent to Chicago MED, I have people coming down to replace the windshields on the trucks, and intelligence is taking over the case because it has something to do with a gang violence outbreak? You know how Voight is he is very vague with his responses." Boden ran a hand down his face and sighed.
"Kelly can do damage control for Truck and Squad if you want chief, and I could talk to intelligence if you want." She knew how stressed the man could be, especially at times like this. He just nodded before waving her off to go outside, she just nodded and walked outside running into Kelly.
"Your on damage control and I'm talking to the PoPos got it?" She looked at her older brother who just rolled his eyes. "Your lucky that I like you" he responded playfully, Rory just chuckled. Before the two walked out to the chaotic Bay Area, she put a hand on his arm turning him to look at her.
"Quick Question, which girl did you bring home last night?" She squinted at the man.
"The girl in the strappy blue top, why?" He answered truthfully, this caused the girl to bust out laughing and walk off. "Aurora! Why are you laughing?" He confusingly looked at his sister walk away.
