Zach smiled at his six-year-old son, who was singing along to, ironically, the Wild Kratts show on TV. "Are you having fun, Junior?" he asked, and his son looked up at him and nodded happily.

"Yeah, Daddy, look, it's Chris and Martin. They're playing with the kangaroo," Junior said, and Zach walked over and scooped him up.

"Really?" Zach said, and his little boy nodded his head.

Zach brought him into the kitchen and placed him on his chair. He placed a bowl of fresh fruit and apple juice before Junior. His son grabbed a piece of fruit and shoved it into his chubby cheeks.

Zach hadn't been doing anything bad since Junior was born, though he still had a reputation. He had gone up against the well-known and beloved Kratt brothers to get some live animals for his son to view; he never hurt them, though. Just kept them for a day or two before releasing them since they weren't allowed at the Zoo.

He had lent some of his Zach bots to Donita and Gourmand, but he never did anything too serious.

He looked at his son and smiled at him while happily eating. The kid loved watermelon and apples. He had brown hair and eyes, just like his father, and tan skin, Reminding Zach, so much of his dad.

"Dad," Junior called, and Zach looked up at him and hummed.

"Can we go exploring this week? I finally got my wild Kratt team member card," His son exclaimed happily.

"Of course; where do you want to go?" Zach asked.

Junior jumped up from his chair and ran out of the room, leaving the empty plate on the table. Zach picked up the sticky plate and placed it in the dishwasher.

Junior ran back in with his tablet in hand. "The wild Kratt website says they're going to a firefly field and are inviting some of the kids," Junior said excitedly.

"Can we go, Daddy? I could meet the Wild Kratts." Junior asked, and Zach sighed.

"Are you sure you want to go there?" Zach asked, and Junior nodded excitedly.

"Fine, we leave tomorrow morning. I'll pack out things," Zach said, and Junior ran over and hugged him.

"Thanks, Dad," he exclaimed, running back out of the room.

This was going to be a hard week.
