Joey's current week had been nothing but hectic for him, even when the fun had came around. He was nearly finish with his upcoming project, and was about to start with the promotion process.
So with the weekend being near, it was news to Joey's ear. A break was guaranteed and was severely needed by the man.
"We need to somebody on this shit. ASAP." the man voiced, nodding his head along the beat. He watched as Cassius adjusted the pitch of the beat, making the incomplete song sound like it was fully completed.
"You on that bro?"
"I got you." Cassius spoke, finishing off the rest of his paper rolled blunt.
"Bet."
The man pulled out a small plastic bag from his pocket, laying it out on the clean astray he had. Cassius could only watched as he seen the man do his wicked deeds, seeing how easy it came to the man.
"You on?" Joey offered. He chuckled at the expression on his friend's face, shaking his head. "Don't turn your face all out. You was looking like you wanted to hit..."
"You wild man..."
"I'm just like you then." Joey spoke loud, rubbing his nose as he inhaled. "Hell, you use to be worse than me! You better act like you know!"
Cassius grinned, reflecting back on his time of struggle and seeing how far he came from it. To be in this space and not being fazed by what went on was a huge flex in his eye.
"Joe! You got company nigga!" one of his security guards voiced out. The man stood up, finishing off his white lines swiftly.
"What up? Who wanna see the hit maka himself?!" Joey yells out, with much confidence. He was surprised to see that it was Jovanni coming through the doors— and he was even more shook to see Teyana following her into the studio.
"Baby! Hey!!! Wha...what are you doing here?"
The man was instantly nervous, knowing of the many strippers and other girls that were around in the studio walls. They just so happen not to be in sight. It made Cassius grin to see the man under pressure.
"Hey baby. You good?" Joe hugged up on Teyana, as her arms were crossed and her eyes wander. "What are you two doing here?"
"Vanni and I were out and about, hanging. I figured we stop by here and pay you a quick visit." the woman said, looking around continuously. "Is that alright with you?"
