Part 5

Blaire POV

When I got home from the game I showered and ate dinner with Ivy before heading to my room to chill. I check my phone and see I have a text from a number I don't know. I read it and realized it was Paige and thought about what I wanted to say.

Hi I'm glad you decided to text me. You did great today. I'll cheer for you whenever you want me too

I think that sounds good enough so I send it and turn on the tv to watch my show. After a few minutes I get another notification.

Thanks for coming to watch... I was wondering if you wanted to go to a party tomorrow night with me and Nika. You can bring Ivy also if you want

If I'm being honest it's been a while since I went to a party. I don't usually like being in crowded places but since Paige invited me I guess I can get over it.

Yea I'd love to go but I don't think Ivy can come she's visiting a friend tomorrow

Paige texts back almost immediately.

Alr nice. Do you want me to come over before the party tomorrow and we can get ready and drive together?

That sounds good what time does it start?

Um around 9 I think

Alr you wanna come over at 8 then?

That's perfect see you tomorrow goodnight

Goodnight Paige

Ivy is totally going to freak out when I tell her I'm going to a party especially when I'm going with Paige I yell at Ivy to get in my room. She comes in and I tell her what's going on. She says exactly what I think she's gonna say.

"Blaire this is literally a date. Paige just asked you on a date! And you said yes" she says smiling.
"It's not a date Nika is coming with us so it won't be just us" I tell her shrugging.
"As soon as y'all are at the party I bet Nika leaves you guys by yourselves" she laughs.
"Whatever anyways Paige is coming over tomorrow so clean up a little it's a mess in this place" I say.
"Why do we need to clean our rooms are fine" she counters.
"I wanna make a good impression and that's not possible if our dorm is dirty" I say throwing a pillow at her.
"Why do you want to make a good impression huh? Is it maybe because you actually want tomorrow to be a date" she laughs jumping on top of me.
"No I just want...oh whatever just pick stuff up before you leave tomorrow" I say fake angrily.

She's still laughing as she walks out of the room mumbling about something. Ivy makes things seem so simple. Maybe I do want this to be a date but it's not like I can say that out loud. Paige has better stuff to focus on she just invited me to thank me for coming to the game.

Paige POV

Once I finish texting Blaire I let Nika know that she's coming with us and that I'm going to ride to the party with her.

"Oh inviting your girlfriend I see" Nika laughs.
"She's not my girlfriend I just thought it would be nice to hangout with her outside of class for once" I respond.
"Then why were you smiling so hard when you were texting her just now?" She asks.
"Because she's a cool person" I say looking away from her.
"Whatever you say Paige whatever you say" she responds as she goes to her own room.

I get ready for bed and think about what I wanna wear tomorrow. I think a party with Blaire will be fun Nika is just blowing it out of proportion. Me and Blaire are friends there's no way she would even ever like me.

I have one class in the morning so I decide to go to bed pretty soon after that. That night I fall asleep thinking about tomorrow night.

This is a shorter chapter but I felt like I needed to get one out there. It's kinda just filler.
How do we feel about wing women Ivy and Nika?
I don't really have a plan for next chapter but I kinda want something big to happen so idk guys.
