||Chapter 1||

(A/N- hey guys! Welcome to the first chapter of this book! Music is above and chapter below so let's get rollin')

-3rd POV-

UA High was a famous high school in the city of Musutafu, known for its high standards and achievements they have made throughout the years. It is also one of the oldest schools in the city but also very well kept. A very big thing if you are part of the school.

Katsuki Bakugo, along with his sister Himiko Toga Bakugo and their friends, Mina Ashido, Denki Kaminari, Eijiro Kirishima and Hanta Sero were the most popular students in the school. Though it was mostly the Bakugo's who were more known for their good looks and their great academic results. Their parents being CEO's of one of the most famous fashion brands in the city though not many people know that.

Izuku Midoriya, just a normal average student in UA high, his only best friend being Ochaco Uraraka, who was dating Himiko Toga Bakugo. Not as known as the Bakugo's and their friends, he was more of the quiet type, or I should say, most anti-social person ever. He always had anxiety when talking to other people so why even try? And so he does not.

Though, everyone person needs some kind of out and Uraraka is not always there for that. And so, that's where his VR gaming comes in. He spends almost all his free time in a VR headset and it is sort of a relief since he never does have to meet the person in real life which is a little comforting.

Too much detail ain't it? Well, let's begin to one bright school morning where Bakugo and his friends are happening to hangout by the lockers just before school starts, shall we? Alright!

-Katsuki POV-

I roll my eyes at my sister as she places a small kiss on her girlfriend who had come jumping on her with excitement.

"Hey babe!"

"Hey, are you excited for our date tonight?"

"Of course babe, I have a lot of plans for you."

They kiss and I groan at them.

"Ugh please, can you guys go get a fucking room?"

They break apart and laugh at me while Pinky and Shitty hair grin at me.

"Well Bakubro, you should also get someone for yourself as well I mean just look, you are the only single one in the group. Kamibro is with Shinso, Serobro is with Todoroki and I am with Mina."

I roll my eyes at them and glare at them.

"I think I am fucking fine being single. There is not a single person who is interesting enough for me."

Suddenly, someone runs and bumps into me but before they could fall, I catch them. I look to see a green head with black rectangular glasses, bending down as he picks up the papers that he had dropped down, mumbling something.

"R-really sorry, I was not watching where I was going. My fault, sorry."

I sigh and then help him with his papers.

"Just watch where you are fucking going next time."

He nods and then rushes off quickly, his papers in hand. I turn to the rest of the squad, who were now mainly talking about something.

"Guys! Did you hear about the new VR game called 'Reality Rush' that is so popular now? They say that in just the first two days itself, the game has more than 10,000 players!"

I raise my eyebrows in question, not quite sure as to why the fuck they would be talking about some VR game.

"Why the fuck is that even so important and popular for?"

Pink cheeks looks at me in exasperation and face palms.

"Bakugo, that is one of the most popular games ever and trust me, you should most certainly try it out! You will certainly like it once you play it!"

"And what if I don't like it?"

"Trust me, you would. Besides, just try it out and then we will see about that okay?"

"Whatever pink cheeks."

Pinky sighs before looking at me.

"Bakubabe, who was that person who bumped into you?"

"I have no fucking clue, just some extra who was not watching where he was going. Thing is, I don't think I have ever seen him in this school before."

This seemed to have caught the attention of the others and Shitty hair asks me a question.

"How does he look like?"

"He had green hair and black rectangular glasses."

Pink cheeks makes an 'o' expression before chuckling.

"I know who that is. That is Izuku Midoriya and he is in my class. He is actually my best friend."

"How come we never saw him before babe?"

She laughs and shakes her head.

"I am not surprised really. That idiot is kind of an anti-social person and does not really make a move to make any friends. He does not even attend any of the school parties either so of course you may have never seen him."

The bell rings and I sigh while the others groan before Toga and eye bags leave the rest of us and we all head to our respective classrooms. I go to my classroom and take a seat before the teacher enters and the classes begin.

-After classes-

I reach home and greet the old hag before heading upstairs to take a shower. After I finish showering, I sit down and to complete my homework.

-Time Skip-

Finally I am done with this stupid homework.

I sigh and lay down on my bed, face towards the ceiling. I think about he whole day until I start thinking about what Pink cheeks had said.

Should I try out that new game?

Might as well then and prove that pink cheeks wrong.

Now where the fuck did I even keep my VR set?

I get up from bed and start to search my room until I find my old VR set in one of the drawers.

Hell, the last I played this was when I was 6 years old or something.

Guess we are going to see how this game is.

I put on the headset and turn it on before searching up 'Reality Rush'. I click on the game and wait as the game loads. Once it loads, the screen shows two options.

—>New Player

—>Existing Player

I click on 'New Player' and the screen changes to creating a new avatar. I decide to choose a demon avatar with blonde hair before pressing 'okay'. The screen changes back to the loading screen and before I knew it, I was in the game.
