Rapid knocks echoed through the household as the people responsible waited impatiently for a response before they resulted to force entry. However, to everyone's benefit, the door opened exposing the man they came for. "James Valdez, you're under arrest for the murder of Sonny Corinthos and attempted murder of Anna Delvane and Valentin Cassadine," The detective stated as he lifted his badge, his partner presented a warrant as they pulled the elder male from the doorframe.
The male was calm — too calm for their liking.
Christian and Christopher, who were in their father's study room on the other side of the home was oblivious to the chaos until the office was bombarded by the officers, who pointed their assault weapons to the brothers. "What's this all about?" Christopher asked, but he didn't receive a response. Him and Christian were tackled and handcuffed.
The brothers looked at each other before looking at the males responsible for the aggression. Glares were shared between everyone in the room before they were pushed to separate police cars.

Trina wore her anxiety on her sleeve, an uncommon sight to see from Spencer's perspective. Spencer watched as she aggressively flinched at the sound of his approaching footsteps, "baby, it's me. I'm sorry I should've announced it as soon as I entered," He apologized as he rested down the plates of food. Trina gulped, holding her chest, nodding at his words before turning to the bag of her requested cuisine. "Are you okay?" Trina asked softly as she looked at his stature from across her desk. "I'm fine, but I can see you're anxious. What's triggering it? There haven't been any attacks for the past week, let alone any sight of the deranged duo." Spencer voiced as he sat beside her.
Trina sigh. Her eyes closed for a few seconds before she opened them facing Spencer. "That's exactly what's triggering it," She exposed. "They can be anywhere in plain sight, just waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike," Spencer caressed her bouncing knee as he listened. "Curtis was at the station all night with my father, my mom had an overtime at the hospital, Marshall and Stella are out of town so I was home alone...I thought someone tried coming inside of the house, but it was the wind pushing at the door and making trees hit the window. Shit, nature's shadow looks very human when you're paranoid..." Trina dragged off and Spencer frowned. "Why didn't you call me? I would've dropped everything —"
"Their advantage is at night time! I wouldn't risk you leaving the safety of your home!" Trina exploded before immediately apologizing after. "When Heather got arrested she said that you were next, and I'll be damned —"
"I'll be damned if I knew I could've been there for you and wasn't," Spencer interrupted. Trina sighed and looked down prompting Spencer to pick her chin up. "We're in this together aren't we?" He asked as they made eye contact, "And we're going to face this together," He whispered. Trina nodded, "I just...I can't lose you Spencer," Her voice crack broke his heart. "Come stay with me," Spencer requested, "I can't stay at your grandmother's,"
"No," Spencer chuckled softly, "Come stay with me," Spencer's hand caressed Trina's as their intertwined fingers played with each other. "That was the surprise I had before everything popped off. Some renovations were needed, but now it's completed...I have my own space, for us only." He exposed. It caught Trina by surprise. "We may get sick of each other, but —"
Trina's lips interrupted his speech as she planted a kiss on his. "When do we move in?" She asked as her lips lingered on his. "Any hour, any minute of any day," He dug in his jacket pocket retrieving a key. "Do you think Ava will release you early?" Spencer asked. Trina went to refuse but changed her motion, "fuck it," She picked up her phone sending a text to Ava requesting an early leave, which was accepted quickly.
