Why should we relax?
Sometimes, when there are a lot of things going on, we have a lot of negative thoughts that can make us feel stressed, anxious, or even bad about ourselves. Relaxing once in a while improves both our physical and psychological health.
Benefits of relaxing:
-Moderates your stress level.
-It's easier to sleep well.
-Mood and memory improves.
-Improves your health.

-Taking a walk.

-Listening to music.
-Having one or more hobbies.
-Taking a bath.
