When I see him, my heart just melts... I know, I might have been wrong about me having feelings for guys AND girls in the past but this just feels... different! The way he looks, his muscles that I can see... it feels like a dream...!
"Psst! Onyx!!" Aoi says as she snaps me out of my daze. "Yeah?" I quickly respond. "Why are you giving the goo-goo eye look to Mondo?!" She asked me.
Wait, his name is Mondo? Huh... Guess it won't be awkward if we bump into each other.
"Is that a problem...?" I shyly ask. "Well, he is one of the rudest men in our entire school." Sakura warns me. "I can fix him..." I say, before Aoi yells "NO YOU CAN'T!!"
I mean, I could always try... no matter what, all bad boys are just teddy bears at heart. I bet I could get him to break... I continue staring all goo-eyed at this Mondo person.
"Baby, how... should we warn her..." Aoi looks over at Sakura. "Not sure... but we can't let her heart get broken. He is known as a cheater..." Sakura says back to Aoi.
She sighs, looking down a bit, and then I hear... his voice for the very first time...!
"Can you fuckheads not talk about me behind my fucking back?! I can hear you, ya know!" He yells. "I swear if it's anything bad I'll smack the shit outta ya both!"
Oh wow... he's so rude! Maybe he's a secret cuddle bug or something... I can just already imagine him hugging me, cuddling me, kissing me... I can imagine it all. If we were in a cartoon, I'd have hearts all around me, and in my eyes. Mondo sees me staring at him, all gooey eyed, and he rolls his eyes.
"And quit starin' ya rainbow." He told me, and looked back to the board. He looked a little flustered when he caught be staring but there was no blush on his cheeks.
This makes little sense but honestly, I'm too busy staring at him with full goo-goo eyes...
"Sakura... she's doing it again..." Aoi said to Sakura, as she sighs. "She's too far gone..." Sakura said.
Okay, I know this may seem bad and all, but... I'm feeling like this could be something genuine! I mean yeah, I've gotten the wrong signal from lots of people before, but this time I actually feel like I could make something out of this! I feel like, if I could just make him warm up to me, I can make this whole relationship thing I'm thinking of work!! It's gonna take a while, yes, but I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end... I'm so sure of it! I'll become friends with him, then ask him on a date when I get comfortable, then I'll confess during the date, then BOOM! Relationship in the bag! Like seriously, how hard can this be? It can't be too hard... Right?
