"Alright..." He started. "So, are you more of a... fighting back girl, or a scaredy-cat?" He asked me. I laugh a bit. "Oh come on... I'm a girl with a backbone!" I say right back, with confidence.
"You sure there? When you first walked into class, I remember you looking all scared and anxious." He reminded me. I roll my eyes. "Can you seriously blame me though? I'm the new kid, and... I was overthinking..." I admit and look away.
"Overthink? You're an overthinker?" He said with a small laugh, and smirked. "And here I was, thinking you had a strong backbone." He says, clearly trying to annoy me. "I DO HAVE A BACKBONE, EXCUSE YOU." I say back, a bit louder than I wanted to... oops. "I'm just kiddin' rainbow! But you could scare people with that rage, y'know." He tells me.
"I don't... want to scare people..." I say, looking away from him. "I just want to make friends, y'know?" I say softly. He laughs a little bit. "Softie much?" He jokes, nudging me. "Sorry that I don't want enemies!" I say back. "Don't worry rainbow... I'd never let some fucker annoy the shit outta ya... and I'd never let some bitch mess with you." He told me with a straight smile.
That smile looked so genuine, it was really heart warming! It very much melted my heart...
"Really? You'd actually protect me and stuff? But you hardly know me..." I softly say, and look away from him. "Rainbow, I don't give two shits if I don't know ya!" He said, forcibly grabbing my chin and making me look at him. "Ya really nice and I feel like I can just trust ya! And hell, LOOK AT YOURSELF! You're precious! Okay?!" He tells me, and lets my chin go.
Oh... my gosh he called me precious... that means he loves me! That's something guys do when they love someone, right??
"Okay..." I say with a sweet tone. "So, hon, tell me... what kind of things do ya listen to? Like, tell me what the scene kids listen to." He asks me, leaning back a bit. "Well, I personally listen to a lot of Jeffree Star and Prima Donna." I happily say. "Sweet. Might have to listen to them soon." Mondo casually says.
"But what do you listen to?" I ask him. "Eh, nothin' much, rainbow... some Fall Out Boy, Metallica, AC/DC, nothing interesting." He casually said. "Nothing interesting?! That's super interesting!" I say back, smiling. "Thanks rainbow..." He said, blushing a bit.
We talked for what feels like HOURS! Talking about all things music, to video games, to just life! Which is just really weird how it escalated to that... BUT THE CRAZIER PART IS... we've been talking for so long, and we've gotten so comfortable with each other... we're laying beside each other! LIKE SUPER CLOSE!! Close enough that one small turn to my side, we'd basically be cuddling! This is the best day of my LIFE! At this point I think school must have ended, right? Eh, shouldn't even think about it. Me and Mondo are so close to cuddling, I could literally SCREAM! This is so exciting!
I wish this night never ends... I want to stay by his side forever...
