Harry smiled as he awoke to Draco playing with his hair. "Enjoying yourself dear?" he asked sweetly.
"Yes my love." Draco hummed, twirling his fingered around Harrys little black strands.
They cuddled together, enjoying the other's company as if they could never get enough. And the couldn't.
Draco drew circles on Harrys chest, oh how he had missed him. Being with Harry made him feel complete, Harry gave him butterflies, he made him blush, he made him feel adored and cared for, like he was the only person in the world. That is something Draco was not used to, something not even his mother could give him. Love, the type of love you only get from a soul mate. Two people chosen to be together by Fate itself, a love bond stronger than all others. That is what Harry was for Draco, that is what they were to each other.

DADA had always been Harrys favourite class, he wasn't sure why. Maybe it was because it gave him the most thrill, and the gryffindor part of him just yearned for the adrenaline rush.
Today they have double DADA so the class would be split into two lessons, the first being about magical cores and the second reserved for practicing wandless magic. Professor Corvinus Lin said he'd even teach them more advanced dark spells, if they were good.
"Alright class," Professor Lin started,
"What can anybody tell me about magical cores? What are they? What purpose do they serve? How do they affect a wizard or a witches magic?"Draco raised his hand
"Go ahead Mr. Malfoy" said Corvinus."Magical cores go from light to dark, with grey in the middle. It simply indicates which magic the caster is more skilled at and more lenient towards." He explained. Corvinus nodded, signaling for Draco to continue. "People with Dark cores tend to be better at and therefore favour more, Dark magic, the opposite occurring in those with Light cores. That is not to say a wizard with a dark core cannot cast a light spell, it simply takes more effort and more strain on their core."
"And what of the grey core?" Professor Lin questioned, his hand positioned on his chin.
"Having a grey core only occurs in very powerful wizards, it means the wizard is skilled in casting all spells no matter light or dark. Grey cores have only been seen in wizards such as Merlin, Rowena Ravenclaw, Salazar Slytherin, Goodrich Gryffindor and Helga Hufflepuff. Even Grindelwald had a preference of dark magic, as did Dumbledore with light." Draco answered dutifully.
"Correct and very detailed thank you Mr Malfoy, I realize you have mixed houses now, but no matter, 20 points to Slytherin." He smiled.
Ron then raised his hand,
"Yes Mr Weasley?" Corvinus said."Sir, how does one find out what their core is?"
"There a certain witches and wizards who are gifted with the power of sensing magic. These witches/wizards are very sensitive to magic and are therefore capable of feeling the magic another possesses. I am glad you asked this because today we will be doing just that, as I happen to be one of those Wizards."
The class got giddy with excitement,
But Harry was still slightly confused
"Professor Lin," he asked
The man turned to face him,
"on what scale does parsel magic lie? Is it dark, light..grey?""Hmm a very good question indeed Mr Evans-Snape. But, I am afraid I might not have the answer you are looking for, as only those in close relation with Salazar himself could possess that gift, you however being the exception. I could try it out for you, would you like to go First Mr. Evans-Snape?"
Harry nodded and stepped forward.
"Alright Mr. Evans-Snape I would like you to relax your body and let your magic loose, let it flow around the room."
