The last month had gone by in a flash and before they knew it, it was exam season. Since they'd missed their NEWTS due to the war, they were taking it this year. Everybody was studying hard and working together to help improve each other. Harry had even reopened his club, there they worked on spells and did revision for other classes. Graduation was at the end of the next week and they were all so excited.
"Dracooooo" Harry whined,
"I can't focus on this when you are doing that.""What?" Draco asked innocently. "I stopped distracting you with kisses an hour ago! Now I'm just doing exactly what you told me to, sitting quietly and studying."
"I know! And it's hot!" He groaned.
"Me following the rules is a turn on?"
"God yes"
"I'll add that to my notes"
"Draco!"
"What!"
"God get a room you two" Susan rolled her eyes, why did everyone seem to be coupling up except her?
"Sorry Susan" they said in unison.
A few minutes later a soft voice spoke up "Hey, does anybody remember what we learned about Magical cores?" Luna said, the 7th years had been taking some classes with them as they were learning similar material. The 8th years however had the luxury of learning the animation spell, wandless magic and how to be an animagus, which the 7th years didn't.
"I do!" Said Susan, scooting closer to Luna and passing over her notes. "Here" she said "Start reading from 'Our cores' and end at 'differently'" Susan pointed at the different spots on her page.
"Thank you Susan" Luna smiled "I shall repay you soon."
"O-of course!" Susan said, a light blush adorning her cheeks.
Neville and Ron side eyed each other, Ron mouthing S H I P to which Neville stifled a giggle.

The morning of the first exam came and the 8th years were full of nervous energy. "Are you guys ready? We have the Transfiguration exam first in about half an hour" Hannah commented.
"Not at all" said Blaise worriedly.
"Aww I'm sure you'll do good babe, you got everything we practiced right!" Hannah comforted, placing a gentle hand on his arm. She beamed up at her boyfriend biting her lip, no matter what he did, he never failed to make her swoon. Unbeknownst to him, Blaise's wounded puppy expression always did a number on Hannah.
"Yeah, I guess I'm just nervous that there'll be something I didn't practice" the Italian admitted shyly.
"The likely hood of that may be high, but it's probably only going to be like 2-3 things, and you only need a 70% to pass." Hannah comforted.
"Yeah, you're right" Blaise smiled, Hannah was his number one supporter, she made him feel confident and strong.

By 3rd period they had gotten through 3 exams, Transfiguration, Charms and for some Arithmacy and for other History of magic.
"I don't think I'm going to make it through Potions." Groaned Ron, "No matter how many of those Saturday classes we did."
"You'll be fine! We did loads of practice." Neville assured him, pulling him in for a well needed hug.
They walked down to the potions class, slowly, dreading their inevitable fate. Though Draco seemed excited, he was probably the only one who actually enjoyed this. Even Blaise hated Potions exams. But Draco loved it and he was good at it, which made sense for a future potions master.
