1. don't be an asshole. if you are, you suck.
2. compliment them. everyone likes compliments
3. give them space. you don't like it when somebody is all over you constantly. why would she
4. treat them like people. they are also people. if you don't think women are people, go back to 2nd grade
5. do more then the bare minimum. if you only do that, try harder
6. call them beautiful. even if you don't think so, it might make her day. and looks don't matter.
7. let them do their thing. that is the way they want to do it, so let them. (if it can be improved, try to help but don't be mean about it.)
