Pierce said as ein drifted back to sleep

As the sun rose and shown through the curtains and onto Pierce's sleeping face, he slowly fluttered his eyes open to see his roommate cuddling him with his face in his chest. While pierce was not uncomfortable with this he still blushed at the fact

Pierce's POV

'Ein is so close to me right now I can hear his heart beat, then again I can always hear it' (if you get that reference I love you)

'He is adorable with his ears and deamos horns but I knew that the horns could not stay.' As I was there thinking ein shifted, he is now on top of me 'maybe I can use my magic to hide his horns while he is still asleep maybe that would work?, no. Ein's subconscious brain can still tell that he is under a potion we have to remove it completely, maybe I could work with Rhys to make a spell to break the potion.'

Just then ein began to wake up when he opened his eyes and noticed that he was on top of me he instantly blushed really hard and rolled off

Ein's POV

I woke up to see myself on top of pierce! What was I thinking!? I quickly rolled off and shouted

E"S-sorry! I-I Did not mean to make you uncomfortable!"

P"No! Really its fine it was cute seeing you at peace"

I blushed even harder at this (if that's even possible) 

E"well I was comfy could I get get back on you?" I asked slightly speaking at the end

P"of course puppy. I was actually enjoying it"

I got up on pierce an relaxed. Could hear his heartbeat, it was soothing Wait.... NO NO NO NO ! PIERCE IS 'JUST A FRIEND' i do not have a crush on him. even tho he is pretty hot... NO.

P"wanna watch something ein?"

E"sure lets watch one piece"

Pierce's POV

P"ok ok bud calm down I will go make us food"

E"thank you...." He whispered cutely 

P"anything for you ein. Now, you sit and watch your show while I go get us some food."

E"*excited gasp* Really!? Breakfast In Bed!" 

P"yep! How about pancakes!?"

E"YAAAAAAAAS" 

I giggled at his enthusiasm

E"have I ever mentioned that your the best friend I could ask for from the whole world!"

P"likewise pup! I would do anything for you"

P"ok ima go make food now"

As I walked downstairs I thought about how cute he is 'he is adorable with or without deamos horns' 'how should I tell him, maybe I could take him out somewhere? Or we could hang out in a field. Yea I like that sound of that and I'm sure he would too"

When I came back up with the pancakes ein was crying instantly put the pancakes down and rushed to ein 

P"are you ok!? What's wrong"

E"I don't know whay but I am, scared for some reason... I can't explain it. I feel so weak, so powerless, so dumb"

What could he be talking about? I mean I know he had trama from the past but where is this coming from

P"hey," I said first trying to sooth him but when he did not respond I said it a little louder

P"Hey," this time he looked up at me with those beautiful eyes of his

P"I don't know exactly how you are feeling I get that, but is there I way I can comfort you?"

E"c-.. could you stay here? I need you here. I feel so much better with you around *sniff sniff*" 

and with that he cuddled closer to me like earlier last night after his dream 

P" of course pup, I will stay as long as you need, I will always be here for you no matter what, when, where, or why"

E"I love you..."

I was shocked at these words and instantly blushed, a part of me was overjoyed that he felt the same and another part of me said it was pure friend love

P"I love you too.
