Chicago, Illinois
The next morning

"Well she's good to go, I would recommend giving her more water and possibly some melatonin gummies to help her sleep." The male nurse nodded, slipping his hands in his pockets.

Desire walked out the bathroom changed back into the gown she wore when she got there and putting on her all white shoes that had no laces due to the hospital's restrictions. Quickly walking over to Bianca as she looked over at her.

"You ready to go?" She asked smiling at how happy she looked.

Desire nodded her head quickly. "Yessss." She dragged running up to the door, waiting for Bianca to catch up.

She wasn't happy to go back to the other hospital, she was happy that she finally got to go outside after so long. And she already had a plan to run away as far as she could.

"Have a nice day! Remember to stay hydrated and get a good rest tonight." The nurse smiled waving at them watching as Desire nodded, opening the door.

Pulling at Bianca's arm making her laugh. "You too, sir." She said as the door just shut behind them. Desire letting her arm go as they made their wait to the main exit. "When we get back, you want me to get you something to eat?" She asked looking over at her.

Desire shook her head. "No I'm okay." She said lowly as her smile faded, remembering Serenity and another nurse were in the waiting room.

But she wasn't going to let that ruin her plan. Even if she was a little close to Serenity.

"You sure? I know you hate the food they give you." Bianca chuckled remembering when she first met Desire, she asked her for some of her food after taking her medicine.

Desire nodded as they walked over to Serenity, hugging around her waist. "I'm kinda gonna miss you.." She said lowly making Serenity scrunch her face up.

"Bro you scared me... Thought you was gone for a minute." She said chuckling, hugging her back.

Desire shook her head. "Nope, but I wanna be." She said letting her go as they walked to the door. The other nurse talking to Bianca as she pulled her car keys out.

Walking outside Desire quickly took a deep breath. Letting the fresh air fill her lungs as she smiled, slowly opening her eyes to see the blue sky.

She hated being homeless but she missed being outside. And she didn't get to do that being in the hospital for so long.

Von smacked his lips trying to stay awake because he's been doing nothing but driving since he got to Chicago. "Fuck bro." He said biting down on his bottom lip hard, trying to keep his eyes open.

He hasn't yet seen anyone who looked like or even had the slightest resemblance to her yet. And it was frustrating him because he knew she was out there somewhere.

The only stop he made was for gas and that was only once. He hasn't stopped driving since, looking up and down every street.

Von turned his head seeing a group of people standing outside. Two people wearing matching gowns and the other two people wearing matching scrubs as he payed close attention to everyone's face. Like he did to everyone he drove past.

His heart dropped getting a glimpse of one of the girls, making him wake up as he pulled over to the side.

His chest heaving up and down as he got closer, seeing Desire. Her hair pulled back into a low ponytail as she wore a long white gown just staring up at the sky. A tear slipped down his face as he rolled down his window.

She looked a lot skinnier than when he last saw her and her eyes were slightly wide as if she just saw a ghost.

He quickly got out the car walking up to them, ignoring the other girl's stares.

"Desire?" He said making her look him in his eyes. She knew that voice anywhere and was happy to finally hear it and to finally see him.

Desire jumped on him. Wrapping her legs around his waist before bursting into tears. She was so happy, especially since she was in front of Bianca and Serenity so they could see that she wasn't crazy.

"I knew you would come get me..." She said softly, resting her head on his shoulder as he just hugged her tightly.

Bianca walked up to them. "Excuse, who are you sir?" She asked wondering why they were crying.

"...I told you mommy and daddy were coming to get me." Desire mumbled, her lips pressed against his neck. Catching him off guard.

Serenity raised her eyebrow trying to get a good look at Von's face. "That's your dad?" She chuckled, staring at his handsome face. Walking up next to where Bianca was standing.

Von just shook his head ignoring what Desire said. "I don't want you to ever leave me again." He said leaning back a little so she could look him in his eyes. Watching as she nodded her head slowly. "You hear me?" He asked making her smile.

"Yes..." Desire said lowly leaning off of his shoulder, kissing him. Her eyes rolling to the back of her head at the soft feeling of his lips.

She didn't want to get off of him, she missed all of him and was so grateful he didn't forget her.

Bianca watched as he kissed her passionately making her smile. "Maybe she has some sort of trauma issues..." She said looking over at Serenity.

Bianca was shocked to see Desire with a boy because from what she thought, Desire hated men. But seeing her with him made her understand just a little bit. She just thought Desire acted like a baby because she didn't have any parents but the way he was holding her made it all click.

The other nurse just watched in silence since she didn't really know Desire that much. All she about her was her getting laced and trying to kill herself every chance she got.

Desire would be gone right now if she wasn't forced into a psych ward. Then all she could do was pray for Von and Asian.

Von pulled away looking into her eyes, remembering how different they looked but just decided to ask questions later. "Come on." He said trying to put her down so they could go but she wasn't trying to get off.

Desire smiled forgetting she was supposed to run away, letting Von put her down. "If someone asks for me... tell them you can't find me." She said turning to Bianca and Serenity before she ran to his car, quickly getting in.

"What?" Bianca asked watching as Von got in the driver side not saying anything to her.

The other nurse ran up to them before he drove off. "Shit- why would you just let her get away like that?" The nurse asked stomping her feet and crossing her arms knowing they were about to get  in trouble and a lot of money was about to be taken off their upcoming checks.
