The next morning

"No.. No, no, no." Desire repeated to herself, waking up in a puddle of tears. Her palms and forehead sweaty.

She got up quickly running to her door to open it. "Let me out, please. Let me out." She said shaking the door handle as the door didn't budge to open.

"Please let me out." Desire said banging on the door. Feeling herself about to have a panic attack.

She grabbed her chest feeling like the room no longer had air. The crying only making her hyperventilate more.

Bianca burst into the room as Desire quickly ran past her making her turn around, seeing her hands pressed hard against her ears as she cried out. Pacing around the hallway.

"Hold on, hold on. What the matters?" She asked dropping her keys and running up to her.

Desire backed away shaking her head. "Don't touch me." She said squeezing her eyes shut as the voice in her head got louder.

"They finally replaced you! They finally replaced you! They finally replaced you!" The voice repeated making Desire shake her head, her hands still pressed hard against her ears.

"No they didn't.. They love me, go away." She said still shaking her head. Trying to make the image of the dream she just had go away.

Desire saw a faceless girl sleeping in the same bed as Von and Asian. The faceless girl's leg wrapped around Asian's leg as Von's slept next to them.

Thinking about them again she clutched her gown feeling like she couldn't breathe.

"You have to tell me what's wrong so I can get you the help you need." Bianca said stepping up to her again.

Desire slowly opened her eyes. "I can't- I can't breathe." She said sounding out of breath as the voice finally went away. Letting the nurse grab her hand.

She went over to pick up her keys before walking Desire to her office.

"Bad dream?" She asked looking over at her as she stopped and closed her eyes again. More tears coming down her face.

Bianca slapped her head. "Dang it, I'm sorry." She said wrapping her arm around Desire. "Is there anything I can do, besides give you your medicine?" She asked looking down at her.

"Kill me." She said looking up at her. Her eyes darkening as she made a straight face.

The nurse just shook her head looking around. Hoping she didn't find anything that could possibly kill her.

They entered her office as she went to her cabinet. Pulling out Desire's medicine, shaking the bottle seeing she only had four pills left. And needed to take two for them to have a full effect.

"You're gonna need a refill soon." Bianca chuckled handing her the two pills. "I'll be back, I'm gonna get you some water okay?" She said sitting the bottle down. Accidentally leaving the cabinet open.

Desire nodded watching her closely. Seeing as she slipped to the back.

She quickly turned around picking up the first thing she saw, a big white bottle with no label on it. She shook her head quickly opening it.

One side of the pill was green as the other side was white. She smiled at them before pouring them in her mouth. Chewing on some of them before swallowing them all without any water.

She put the cap back on the bottle quickly sitting it in the same spot. Looking around to see if anyone was secretly watching her.

"Fucking idiot." The voice said making her shake her head. Scratching behind her neck.

"Alright here's your water... and I got you a snack." Bianca said coming back with a styrofoam cup of water and a bag of fruit snacks.

Desire nodded throwing the two pills in her mouth. Gulping down the small cup of water.

"Good to go back to sleep?" Bianca asked closing the cabinet back. Smiling at how relaxed she looked.

Desire nodded. "Can you take me back to mommy and daddy? ...They were supposed to come get me yesterday but I guess they forgot." She said softly looking down at her feet.

"You- you said you didn't have any parents." Bianca said raising her eyebrow.

Desire shook her head turning around to walk back to her room, leaving the bag of fruit snacks where they were. Bianca quickly following behind her.

"Well... they're like my parents." She said lowly putting a small smile on her face as she thought of them. A bunch of her memories with Von and Asian flowing through her head.

Bianca nodded. "Hmm, what's their names?" She asked looking over at her as she closed her eyes. Stopping in front of her room door.

"...I can't say." She said shaking her head and putting her index finger over her mouth.

Bianca looked up seeing a group of people walking down the hallway in a straight line. A male nurse walking behind them.

Desire looked up seeing Serenity apart of that line. "Hey." She said waving quickly at her, wondering where they were about to go. Considering it was like 5 in the morning.

Serenity waved back. "Hey." She said lowly before looking away.

"Can we go-" Desire was about to say before her body fell onto the floor making everyone look her way. Bianca quickly getting on the floor with her.

"Oh my gosh... someone call the ambulance." She said tapping Desire's face. Bringing her two fingers to check her pulse. "Hurry up. Someone call the ambulance!" She yelled turning towards the group of people who just sat there.

Laying Desire's head in her lap, Serenity rushed over to them. "What happened to her?" She asked staring down.

"I don't- I don't know... I don't know." Bianca said trying to catch her breath. She didn't know what went wrong. Desire seemed fine just a few seconds ago and all she took was her medicine.
