I woke up to my alarm blaring off, a single drool string connecting me and my pillow. I rubbed my  face and proceeded to freshen up. I brushed my teeth and made coffee to let reality sink in me. While having the coffee I opened my phone to check my texts to find Matt had texted me.
It was a simple good morning and him thanking me yet again for the dinner last night.
Last night was fun. 
Before I might have been in somewhat of denial but I can admit to myself that I may have a tiny little crush on the comedian guy.

Ok fine I like Matt Rife.

I have a tiny feeling in me too that tells me he likes me too but my insecurities mask that too quickly.
I got ready because I had to go to work. I made my way to work and the came face to face with my boss. 
"oh hi" she smiled
Whys she smiling? She's not the kind to be all smiley in the morning. I make a mental note to be alert throughout the day incase she pulls something.
"hello g'morning" I smiled back at her obviously faking it.

"morning, we have a meeting at 11 could you please tell Mitch about it he's supposed to conduct it. Knowing him he's late again. " she huffed.
I would agree with her this time he  does keeps messing up the schedule with his late comings this is the first time this month so I'm guessing he's going to get away with it. 

"will do Jan. You should really talk to him about this." I suggested
Mitch is the nephew of the area manager and gets his way through the workplace its very hurtful to the other employees who basically carry the company and he gets the praise although he doesn't work. 

"If I could I'd have him fired in the first three months trust me" she got frustrated

"Its not right gets away with almost anything" I shook my head.

"I know, but my hands are tied you know that I'm sorry" she said
One thing we all have mutual in this office is hate for Mitch.

The day was on its usual steady roll. Mitch surprisingly did well with the last minute planning of the meeting. He even was praised by Jan. 

During the break I get a call, I check to see its Matt

"hey"

"hi" i smiled at hearing his voice it sounded so hot through the call-

"are you free right now?"

"yeah its break time, whats up"

"well... i was calling to ask if u were free tonight"

"um i get off in like 5 more hours maybe after that"

"oh yeah its after that"

"then im free" i smiled at the phone on the thought that hes asking my plans

"well its my show-"

"oh"

"- i want you to come and maybe after that we can go out for dinner"

"oh." I was shocked  

"so?" he sounded nervous

"yeah im in" I laughed

"great id pick you up send me your location"

"aight will do thanks Matty"

"anytime"

I was smiling the whole time at work fantasizing what would happen later
