ch.5 Doctor's Office

The tour in the Greenhouse was okay, good thing it already rained before we got off the bus, I was with the Cullens all tour, and thanks to Alice some eyes were on me but I just shrugged it off.  and I noticed my sister talking with Edward she seemed happy until Jessica ran towards Bella then Edward walked away, "Hey Y/N look at this!" Emmet chimes in, as I turn my head to him I see him holding a worm into my face "Really? Does that suppose to scare me?" I ask in a bored tone as I look at him "You're no fun," he says as he tosses the worm away and goes back to being clingy to his girlfriend again "How do you deal with this guy all the time?" I ask Rosie and she shrugs "This makes up for everything I guess," she says as she taps Emmet's six packs and laughs "Ha ha very funny," Emmet says as he spins Rosie around and attacks her with kisses "Augh get a room!" I said as I walked away from the couple who seemed lost in their world giggling at each other 

"Hey, Alice!" I said as I ran towards her, but before I could take another step since it just rained the floor was still slippery then as I was about to fall I found a metal flower holder and I tried to hold onto it but the metal was also slippery plus since it's so old it didn't have my weight so I slip "Y/n! are you ok ?!" Alice ran towards me and kneeled down as she was trying to help me up "Oh god your dress! I'm so sorry Alice I'll clean this before I give it back to you "I said in a worried tone looking over the dress she lent me " Nevermind the dress! Oh god you're bleeding!" as she held my arm looking where I got the cut " that's an old Metal you might get sick you need to go to the hospital!" she said as she tried to get her phone and dial someone " calm down Alice I'm it's just a scratch I'll go to the hospital by myself " I said reassuring her "but-" "no buts please before my sister find out she'll freak out too" I said in a lower voice "people are starting to look I'll go now you go tell the teacher what happens" I said as I stand up and walk out the exit "alright, be careful!" she said. Good thing I can still walk, Besides the hospital isn't far from here.  the downside being in a small city is that  there isn't enough cabs to get a ride around here.

As I walk into the emergency room I walk up to the receptionist, as I look around the room there are only a few people, mostly I only see nurses walking around "Yes? How can I help you?" the woman said looking up at me since shes sitting down  " uh yes i accidentally slip now i got a scratch on my its not that deep but my friend said i still need to get this look into since it's an old metal that did this to me " i explain as i point to my bleeding arm "okay let me check and see if there is anybody can take you in now and help you" she said looking down her computer typing down something "sure i-" "Y/N?" i heard a familiar soothing voice and my heart quickens . as i turn around it just confirm who it is. It's the Doctor who helped my sister last time Dr. Carlisle, he is wearing his white doctor robe and a stethoscope around his neck, he walks towards me with a concerned look, and with every step he takes my breath stops "What happened? Are you okay ?" he asks but I'm too busy looking at his pretty face "Y/n?" he asks again as I snap out of my trance 

"uh yes i uh i got into an accident, and Alice said i need to have this taken care of before it got worse," i said pointing to my scratch again, he held my arm where the scratch was as he examined it carefully, his touch is cold but I didn't mind, his touch makes me weak all over my body my thoughts grow cloudy as I can't fathom why is he examining me this closely.his head is too close to me as he pulls me forward gently so he can take a closer look, I can't feel myself breathing when I'm around him counting the seconds passing us wishing this moment never ends. that being said one of my thoughts grew louder 

"What if my injury was just an excuse for him to be close to me?' the thought sent a shiver around my spine as i felt my cheeks flushed 'oh no I hope he didn't see but when I look up to him he's already staring, and I saw him smirk?! "I'll take this one Shelly" he broke contact first as he looks at the woman sitting behind the counter "Uhh are you sure Doc? I can find another one to help her, your shift is almost done," the woman said "it's okay besides helping another one won't hurt," he said as he winks at the woman which makes her blush, as I saw what happen I felt something inside my chest like a needle poking me 'im i jealous?' i ask myself but I shrug it off 'who I am to be jealous? He's single and older than me course he would like a woman  around his age i told myself "Follow me Y/n?" he asked as he started walking "Uh okay thanks doc" I said as i followed him
