A few days has passed after the Swan Sisters took a Visit from the Cullen's House the two seemed to be head over heels around the house always smiling always in a good mood that sometimes it creeps their dad out but he just put it aside as long as he see his daughters happy here he's happy too.

It also became an every-night thing to do where Carlisle would visit y/n before she went to sleep they would talk for hours not knowing it was already 3 am and y/n needed to sleep since she needed to go to school tomorrow, Carlisle would even read her to sleep since Carlisle found out that y/n like to hear his voice all the time so he would read for her until she fell asleep

Carlisle loved watching her as she listened to him, her eyes slowly growing heavy with sleep as she got more and more tired.

He felt a sense of peace wash over him when he saw her in this relaxed state, so at ease with him and his presence.

He would slowly and gently brush the hair away from her face as her forehead would smooth out in her sleep.

Sometimes he would even sing her a lullaby as she fell asleep, his deep voice soothing to the point of hypnotic.

One Saturday Morning Dad thought it would be a great idea to just eat out again since their house is a little bit farther from their dad's work at the police station, Dad needed to be close his work since they were still investigating the unknown deaths that have been happening around town and since he has two daughters to take care off

I rode with Bella that day since I'm too lazy to bring my car everywhere, as Bella parked her car in front of the diner I saw Mike, Tyler, and their other friends hanging out beside on one of the cars that parked in front of the diner , we got out of the car and mike ran up to Bella

"Arizona, yo what's Happening?" Bella just looked at him as we both started walking towards the diner "So- so you and Edward huh?" he added I just looked at him confused Bella seems to avoid him as he still walks beside us "That's - I don't like it " he shakes his head as he let out an awkward laugh that seems to catch Bella's attention and that's his cue to talk again

"I mean i don't know he just looks at you, like your something to eat" I laugh as he says that and Bella did the same and mike just looks at us confused"Come on Y/n" Bella said as she holds my arm and pull me towards the diner leaving a poor mike confuse

"Ohh one day Bella he really would eat you alive" i tease her

"oh my god stop someone might hear you!" she smacks my arm as we just laugh at each other

we found dad sitting on the corner already ordered food

"Sorry we're late Dad, we just need to get some gas" i explained as i sat beside Dad and Bella on the other side "I ordered you Spinach Salad hope that's okay," dad said as he folded his news paper and put it down "That's ok bellas replied then Dad look at me " And you Ceasar salad since that's the only salad you would put in your mouth," he said and i mouthed a thank you "it's not that i hate the other salads it's i don't like the taste of them" i explained then bella look at me saying "but you never ate anything other than Ceasar salad how would you know if you hate it ?"

"get out of my hair Bella" i said as i scoff at her

then the waitress comes in and put the food down the table looking at dad's order being it as steak again "No fair" i look at him
