Unexpected Connection

I wandered through the crowded streets, lost in my own thoughts.

This was supposed to be a simple shopping trip, a chance to clear my head, but my mind is still just a jumbled mess.

With each step, the weight of my thoughts seemed to pull me further into my own world.

Before I knew it, I had taken a wrong turn, of course... finding myself in a dimly lit alleyway.

Fucking great... I look around trying to get my grip on my surroundings.

Panic prickled at the edges of my consciousness as two figures emerged from the shadows, making their intentions clear as they start coming towards me- commenting on my mall haul and demanding I hand over everything. My heart pounded in my chest as I braced myself for the impending confrontation.

I really am regretting all that training I did this morning- No wonder Ochako opted for a nap rather than joining me ... my strength is not ready for this type of battle... Maybe.. maybe if I yell, someone from the main road will hear and come aide me... I really should have opted for the less flashy bags- I probably look like I'm loaded, in reality its full of clearance rack finds and my leftovers from the food court.

They get closer and I widen my stance, my bags shuffling as I inhale- getting ready to use the last bit of energy I have.

But just as the muggers closed in, a sudden disturbance shattered the tense silence. My gaze is drawn away from them, upward to see another figure stepping into the alley- his presence commanding and unsettling. He's in a simple black hoodie and jeans- his face mostly covered by his hood but what visible expression that can be seen is one of twisted frustration and anger.

Seemingly lost in his own world, the figure seemed oblivious to the danger until his feet wandered him closer. He lifts his head, revealing a face that is familiar.

Shigaraki Tomura.

The head of the League of Villains.

Before I can even begin to process the significance of his presence, he shifts his focus to the two less formidable thugs. Even from a distance, I notice the subtle tilt of his head.

Then, with remarkable speed and certainty, he unleashes his power, his Quirk slicing through the air with lethal accuracy. The muggers hesitate, their confidence shattered by his undeniable strength.

As Shigaraki incapacitated the attackers, leaving them sprawled on the ground, defeated, I watched in awe and horror.

Despite his unsettling demeanor, there was a raw power in his actions that commanded respect. Our eyes met briefly, a silent acknowledgment passing between us before he turned to leave. The sound of his footsteps growing softer and before I could stop myself-

"Why?"

He stops but does not turn around.

"Why did you... why did you do that?"
