hanahaki disease is a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings (romantic love only; strong friendship is not enough), or when the victim dies.
cas became ill and everyone was worried about him angels didnt normally get ill and one day he was in the bathroom he coughed up blood and petals dean walked in and saw him on the ground he rushed him to the hospital and he shed tears he paced back and forth he tried to go in the room but they didnt let him until one of the doctors yelled"WERE LOSING HIM"then he pushed them out the way to see his pulse gone he yelled and screamed while sobbing and hugged him he never knew he would ever see his best friend dead
a couple of days later he found cas diary it says
Dear diary,it seems i have the hanahaki disease i know dean will never love me back when i die i want him to find the perfect girl a lovely one i just want him to be happy he deserves it
