The Maze of Fear

Prologue

It was a sunny day in the Enchanted Forest. Twinkle thought that her friends could use a break and a well deserved picnic to relax their body and minds. The four members found a good enough place to set up their picnic. Although everything seemed fine and all, Ruby couldn't shake off this feeling she has.. it's like they are being watched, like someone is looming over them. She looked around, left and right yet she could see nothing. She decided to ask Gene if he has the same feeling. The pirate went to the scientist and gently tapped his shoulder

"Hm? What is it Ruby?" Gene said as he turned around to face the young girl

"I have this... weird feeling that we are being watched. " She explained

Gene sat a bit and thought. He doesn't have this feeling ,yet there's an eerie feeling he can't explain, suffocating like

"I don't know..maybe we are overthinking it. Let's..try to enjoy this, ok?"

Gene said. Ruby nodded and went back to whatever she was doing, but yet the feeling still didn't brush off, she felt watched. She didn't like this feeling,so she decided to explore the area. She found nothing, nothing yet she felt a pair of eyes looking after her, she turned left,right she looked in every bush, behind every tree. Nothing. There was nothing. Was she going insane? Was she losing it? Gene on the other hand felt like the air was trying to suffocate him. Just like Ruby he has a very weird feeling. He wonders if the others feel it too. Alex felt his head heavy, he has no idea why, he was fine before getting here. Twinkle feels tired so she's just resting . Alien has been panicked. All the members sat down and looked at each other. Gene was the one to break the silence

"Do you guys have this... weird feeling?" He asked

The others nodded

"I have a massive headache right now, and it's odd because i was fine before coming here" Alex said

"I'm feeling so tired all of the sudden.." Twinkle complained

"I feel like someone's watchin us. I can't brush it off" Ruby said

"I feel like the air is suffocating me this is so weird.." Gene said. They all looked at each other then around the place where they are sitting

"You can't see me but i can see you..." A voice said, raps, low, sounding broken.

"I've been watching you..for a long time.."

Alex and Ruby raised their swords demanding to know who's there

"You fools... I've been here for a long long time... I've been analyzing"

"Who are you?! What do you want from us?!" Twinkle asked scared

"Your biggest fears.. you've been here before... only that we.. we're so gentle with you. So nice.."

"Biggest fears... we've been here before...oh no.." Gene realized what is happening to them

"My,my you're the clever one..back then we understood your fear wrong..seems like you know what's happening..."

Gene took a step closer to the others, to stay together. To see if the entity is there.

"I welcome you back...to the Maze of Fear!"

"Shit not this again!" Ruby said

"Sweet dreams.." the entity said before knocking all four of the members out.

He called his minions to drag them into certain parts of the forest. To split them.

"Oh I've missed this game! And they are my favorite victim- i mean..players! We'll have so much fun.. watching them fall apart..."  The entity said as he left through a door. Waiting. Watching. Lurking.
