The Maze of Fear

Act 3 part 1

"I've always wondered how it is to be a woman...in a place full of men.."

"How did you manage to keep those nasty hands off of you? Well...today is the day ill get my asnwer. There's a map. That will lead you to a treasure..get to it but avoid the eyes that stare"

Ruby woke up. She wasnt laying on anything.  Just flat face on the ground.  She took a few minutes to compose herself then shot up as fast as you can call her name.

"Alex?Twinkle? Gene?! Guys this isn't funny! Where are you?!" She asked but there was no one to answer. She yelled again, same result. She started to walk slowly in the dense dark forest

"This is bullshit...i swear of this is one of Gene's holo thingy I'll kill him" she said

She walked some more until she got to a door. She didn't even think twice before opening the door. And she did..she now found herself under water

"WHAT THE- AM I GOING TO DIE?!" She said, until she noticed she can breathe. That confused Ruby so much,  how can one be under water, yet be able to breathe? She walked a bit until she saw what it looks like a dock. And the small town that was revealed before her. Such a complex yet simple town that looked much like her home in Gunpowder. She wondered slowly around there. No one was there yet she saw ships that we're sunked a long time ago. Beautiful crafts,ships that in their prime could bring fear. She noticed a tavern. It seemed in a good state, it bring her back to her childhood. She entered the tavern. No one was there which is weird because pirates taverns arent empty. She existed the tavern and could hear someone. A group of people

"Ahoy what a good treasure hunt" a raspy voice said drawing Ruby closer,she peeked near a corner. She saw what looked like pirates but they were also...fish?

"What in the...world..?" Ruby muttered trying to figure out if she's dreaming. The dudes,fishdudes whatever they are were looking so ugly. Ruby looked through the corwd to spot the captain,beacuse if the map of a big treasure or her way out he must have it. She didnt take long to find him as he was wearing the most pompous hat and clothis drowining in hold,rings,chain, gold accents of his sleeves and boots,emeralds and rubies on his body and one missing leg.
She needed to see where he is located so when the others made their way to their homes before the night where they will gather at the tavern she just left she decied to creep in the shadows and follow him. She was carful with her steps avoiding lights and eyes that could watch. Little did she know that she was spotted by one fish pirate. Little did she know that these creatures, despite their fish mutation had very good eyes and could see anything from far distances that what makes them real pirates. Word got out fast amongst the others and the news of a woman being in this place made them think they struck real gold. Ruby managed to find where the captain was living and soon got into a quiet place to wrap up a plan. Night struck and she decied to hide in one of the sunken ships to think without being noticed. At the tavern tho the subject of the woman was a hot discussion between the pirates

"Are you sure about what you saw? A woman? In these parts?"

"My eyes never deceive me you pile of sardines i kmow what i saw!"

"That is impossible! I think the old age might reach you old squit" one of the pirates laughs

"I know a woman when i see one" he protested

"Oh by all the canons,I'll belive this when the woman is in front of me!" He said waving the beer he was holding

This will be a fun journey for Ruby
