Eliane meaning Daughter of the sun. Gifted to her by the people of Sunspear.
Nymeros meaning of Nymeria. Family name.
Martell. Family name.
Maliah was given a Targaryen name by her mother, Saera. Lavena meaning Joy. However, no one other than her father and cousin Cregan use the name, and it's only ever spoken in private. Jacaerys Targaryen learns of the name later on during his trip to Winterfell and uses it as well.
