Sunghoon arrived to the ball park and his friends were happily waiting for him. He walked up to them and greeted them per usual. He of course greeted his aunt and uncle as well as Jungwons parents.

Once they took their seats he was sat in between the two couples. Though specifically Jay was on his left and Jake on his right. So when he felt a buzz in his pocket he was going to start sweating. He wants to check it but he knows they are very nosy. So he leaned all the way back in his seat and lifted his phone to his face. It was a message from Niki.

Sunghoon was pretty confused by the message but he had to turn off his phone soon.

Sunghoon quickly shut off his phone and put it in his pocket. He got a weird look from Jake but he didn't pressure him to say anything so he was okay. He decided to just focus on the game. They were going to start announcing the players soon.

The Korea players were being announced first since they will be player defense first because they are on home turf. All the field players were announced and Sunghoon recognized most of them because of their names because of his dad. Though they only had the pitcher left and Sunghoons heart dropped to his feet when he heard it.

"Koreas pitcher will be Nishimura Riki!" The announcers voice rung throughout Sunghoons ears.

He was almost frozen when he saw Niki run to the pitchers mound and stand on the pitchers plate. He was just standing there smiling. He was definitely Sunghoons boyfriend.

At first he thought it was a chance of coincidence. But then he looked at him closer and he definitely looked like his Riki and not to mention now that Sunghoon thinks about it he knows Niki was watching a Japan game. Most baseball players, especially pitchers and good batters, watch the enemy teams recent games so they can learn them.

Sunghoon had to calm himself down. His friends don't know that anything is between them so until they somehow figure that out then he should act normal.

"I'm so glad they are having Riki pitch. He's sooo good." Jake clenched his fist out of happiness as the Japan batters name was announced. Sunghoon just had to smile and nod.

Suddenly the place went dead silent. Niki was to pitch. Some people usually say that the first pitch determines the whole game. Sunghoon was feeling nervous for Niki. He knows Niki somehow doesn't get nervous during his games so Sunghoon will get nervous for him. The stadium is practically packed and not to mention that there are almost cameras everywhere watching him; the crowds, international tv stations, and more.

Niki started to wind up to pitch. His form close to perfect. As he threw the ball people were guessing it was a bad fastball but it was a curve ball in a matter of seconds. As quick as you can blink was as quick as it switched.

Strike.

Almost as soon as the call was called every one of Sunghoon and his friends sighed of relief. Now with the voodoo stuff out of the way they can have fun. The next pitch from Niki was a sinker and the batter swung at it.

Strike.

Niki seemed to try and throw a cutter but it went too far left. The batter didn't swing for it either so it was just a pitch at this point.
