DING DONG

Was the first thing I heard when I woke up.

DING DONG

I looked out the window and saw the church bell ringing. I looked at the time, 3:00. I realized it was my stop, so I got off.

Great timing to wake up.

I walked to a little cafe with my bags and started reading.

"When in Ireland by Mia Schmuel" I opened the book and started reading, "The sun set on a normal Irish day. 'Hey ladies' the man said. 'Why don't you-"

"Miss," a woman said interrupting me, "Would you like to order?" I forgot about food. "Um... can I have a mocha and a croissant please?" I said. "Of course." The woman replied.

I closed my book and pulled out my textbook.

"Forensic Science" Note. "About" Note. "Index" Note. I put notes all over my textbook and corrected some easy mistakes the book made.

I closed my book and started drinking my mocha and pulled out my laptop.

I got a message that I was requested to Skype and I answered it.

"Hey Bridget." My ex-boyfriend said.

"Hey Chad." I shuddered even saying his name, Chad.

"Anyways, I'm in town and I want to catch up."

"Sorry Chad, you had your chance but you cheated on me with my old best friend."

"Baby, she meant nothing to me. I love you baby."

"Yeah, okay. Bye."

"Wait! Ba-" And off. I opened up my notebook and started writing.

"Never trust him, he cheated on you. Your best friend went with it. He doesn't deserve you. You have Max now. Well maybe you don't have Max, but you are independent, strong. Don't fall for his trap. He isn't worth it."

I dropped my pen and put my stuff away. I grabbed my croissant and mocha and started to leave.

"Wait Miss! You need to pay!" I swung around and pulled out my wallet. "Here," I said giving the woman a 10, "That should cover it." The woman nodded and left without giving me change. Thanks alot!

I left and started walking to my house and started to get ready for my date.
