"I think I've got grass burns or something," was the first thing Catalina told Eleanor and Grace as she sat down.

The three girls were meeting up for brunch, it's a weekly thing they've been doing for almost two years now. Grace and Catalina became friends first through a mutual friend that neither of them are in contact with anymore. Catalina met Eleanor when she first started dating Harry since her husband, Louis Tomlinson, is one of Harry's best friends. Eventually the three girls came in contact when they celebrated Harry's birthday almost three years ago and have been really good friends ever since.

Catalina added, "Is that even a thing?"

Eleanor chuckled before asking, "What are you on about?"

The Spanish girl opened the menu on the table humming, she diverted her eyes towards and friends and said, "So Harry surprised me with a picnic two days ago and, um," she raised her eyebrows before stating, "Let's just say that the sandwiches weren't the only thing he ate."

"Oh, you cheeky bugger!" claimed Eleanor.

Catalina giggled saying, "We had a blanket but it wasn't exactly that soft and, to be fair, the grass was quite hard now that I think about it."

"I bet that wasn't the only thing that was hard, yeah?" Grace chimed in.

The brunch went on, they eventually ordered, the girls diverting from one topic to another and as they finished eating, Eleanor claimed she had some news making Catalina and Grace giving her their full attention.

"So, ladies, this brunch has a purpose," she started. "I wanted you girls to be the first ones to know that Louis and I are expanding our family."

Both of her friends gasped though Catalina reacted first, "You're pregnant?!"

Eleanor nodded, trying to hide her smile, "We haven't told anyone yet. I'm nine weeks along, we found out three weeks ago."

"God, El, I'm so happy for you guys," a teary eyed Grace said. "Was it unexpected?"

"Not really, to be honest," responded Eleanor. "We've been together a total of six years, three of those years married. We always knew that we wanted a family and we thought, why not do it now that we're closer to thirty?"

Catalina nodded before saying, "I think that's pretty amazing. Harry and I have been together almost three years and, yes, while we're still young, we know that eventually we wanna get married and have kids of our own."

"We just wanna enjoy our time together first, y'know?" she adds.

"Oh yes," said Grace while nodding, "Me and Xander went through the same thing and now look at us, we're also intentionally trying to have kids."

"Exactly," Eleanor chimed, "Everything's so nice when you're still in your early twenties and not married yet, but once you get married, everything changes."
