Later at night inside kareena's room they both were laying on the bed with hm resting her head of ks's shoulder and ks was resting her back with the bed rest in half laying position reading a book ks's more like a nerdy person who loves to learn study and read meanwhile hm's totally opposite she too used to graduate with good grades but wasn't a book reading fan ks than closed the book and caressed hm's hair and hm understood she wanted to say something and most probably about something that's disturbing her 

Hm: krishu kouch baat krni hy apny (she said sitting by resting her back on her shoulder)

Ks: nhyi bas Batana hy ky Meera or mery beech myn asa kouch nhyi tha it was just we guys were friends or dad ny hum dono ki engagement krwa di thyi as they were business friends to us nothing else I didn't had any sort of feelings for her (she said informing her about her ex completely to avoid any misunderstanding)

Hm: hmm I trust cause your only mine and will remain mine krishu baby but be careful with her I don't get good vibes from her(she said snuggling on ks and ks kissed her forehead)

Ks: hmm don't get worried about that it's just I Iove you and that's the end of this conversation (she said kissing her forehead)

At almost 12 ks woke hm up and hm woke up by looking what time it was on her phone she half layed herself on the bed and rubbed her eyes

Hm: Karishma are you okay I mean it's midnight and you woke me up (she said rubbing her eyes)

Ks: hmm it's just Maya di isn't feeling good so we had to take her to the hospital rudra Bhai is a little worried so come let's go 

Hm: I mean is there something serious

Ks: ohh hoo haseena I've mine with me just pick your phone up nothing else and head towards di's room as Mama's already asleep and we don't want her to get worried (she said while surpressing her smile)

Hm: hmm (and she immediately ran outside the room and headed towards Maya's room and it was all dark in there)

Hm: Maya di are you okay wait why is it all dark here Karishma where are you (she said coming downstairs and looked the living area too was all pitch dark)

Hm: where's everyone Karishma where are you let me call the clumsest wife of mine she would have took them to the hospital without even waiting for me (she groaned)

And suddenly all the lights got let up and every single family member popped a party popper with a statement

And hm was standing in the mid of the live area completely awestruck and surprised and than ks stepped forward towards her laughing and hugged her on which hm slapped her lightly 

Hm: do you know what I hate you so much (she said relaxing herself as she was quiet worried about what had happened so serious to Maya that they had to take her to the hospital)

Ks: aww that hurts (she said overreacting) happy birthday love (kissing her forehead)

Hm: do you know what do she woke me up with, by saying there's an emergency we have to take Maya di to the hospital and rudra bhai's quiet tensed I thought something bigger and serious would have happened (she said hugging Maya as she was quiet concerned about her and Maya too smiled looking the concern her sister in law had for her and kissed her hair)

Ms: she's so bad at giving surprises that's why she added rudra in her team to arrange all this to your information you know rudra, how pathetic he's in all this (both the wives laughed making fun of their patners while there patners frowned)
