Disclaimer: This story is based on the Ballard of Songbirds and Snakes and the entire Hunger Games franchise. Most of the characters in the story are not original characters that I came up with. Josephine, her family, and a few that I will add later in the story are the ONLY ones I am claiming ownership of.
This story is also more based on the movie instead of the book (like my other story). I decided I didn't want to include the funerals or anything because they were so boring and hard to get through last time.
