Chapter 11: Ice cream/proposal

Lucifer was in his workshop, trying to come up with a gift for Alastor's anniversary. Nifty was with him since she offered to help him, while Rosie and Charlie were assisting Alastor with his gift in Cannibal Town, preparing for everything. After going back and forth with Nifty, Lucifer finally settled on an idea. He took out all the materials and started making the gift. After a couple of hours, he finished with the final details, and he was done.

The day came

Alastor was wearing a nice black suit he headed to their bedroom he knocked on the door to reveal Lucifer all nicely dressed in white and red suits. he grabbed Lucifer's hand, and kissed it before looking up at Lucifer.

Alastor: "Are for ready for our date my love~"

Lucifer:" Yes, I am"

Before leaving for their date, they said goodbye to Lilith and Charlie. They went to a fancy restaurant and sat down to eat. Once the busboy had taken their orders, they were left alone. While eating, Lucifer noticed that Alastor seemed nervous.

Lucifer: "Dear, is there something wrong"

Alastor: "Nothing you just looked lovely"

Lucifer: "Thank you, but are you sure"

Alastor: "Yes"

After they finished eating, Alastor went to the bathroom. Lucifer became more concerned when he did not return for a few seconds. However, Alastor  would soon come back to ask Lucifer to dance with him Lucifer smiled and took his hand, After dancing, Alastor pulled him towards his castle's gardens, which were decorated with bountiful ribbons and a bouquet of sorted flowers. Before Lucifer could ask what was happening, Alastor knelt on one knee and pulled out a ring. Lucifer was left stunned, with tears flowing through his eyes.

Alastor: "Luci will you marry me"

Lucifer: "Yes"

Alastor got up and pulled Lucifer into a kiss while wiping his tears away. He put the ring on Lucifer's finger, and he picked up Lucifer while he put his arms around his neck as they shared a sappy kiss. They entered the palace, only to see everyone there congratulating them while Charlie gave them a big hug. She was happy at the idea of having two dads. Rosie smiled and said how happy she was, but also that they better give her an invite first for all the work she helped with the planning.

Following that, Lucifer and Alastor went to their chamber to drink wine. But before he drank, Lucifer went into the closet to grab Alastor's gift it was a little radio with gold ascension on the corners.

Lucifer: "This is my gift for you"

Alastor: ""You must have made it yourself because this model no longer exists."

Lucifer: "Yes I did, with nifty help "

Alastor: "I love it, thank you dummy"

Lucifer: You're welcome, and I'm not a dummy

After a bit of drinking, Lucifer went crazy since he claimed to be engaged and needed to celebrate. Alastor tried to calm him down, but Lucifer was upset with him for no reason, Lucifer was on the floor pouting and not looking at Alastor

Alastor: "What did I do wrong"

Lucifer: "Nothing"

Alastor: "Then why won't you look at me"

Lucifer didn't say anything he just got up and left for the kitchen only to come back with a chair, he put the chair down and stood on it, he looked down at alastor .

Lucifer: "There"

Alastor: " Wait you were mad at me because I'm taller than you"

Lucifer: "Well, you were, but not anymore."

Alastor began chuckling at how big of a dummy his lover could be. Lucifer became flustered at Alastor laughing. He almost fell off the chair, but luckily Alastor caught him before he fell. Lucifer passed out in Alastor's arms, and Alastor sighed before taking him back to bed and falling asleep. later he would wake up to see Lucifer was no longer in bed with him. He teleported downstairs only to see the kitchen light on. He got closer to see Lucifer in the kitchen rummaging through the fridge.

Alastor: "Dear what are you doing"

Lucifer: "Looking for ice cream"

Alastor: "Don't you have a headache after all that drinking"

Lucifer: "Yes, but not anymore, and it appears that there is no ice cream in the fridge"

Alastor: "ok then let's go back to bed"

Lucifer opened a portal to a cannibal store, but Alastor nodded no. lucifer nodded yes and entered the portal. Alastor sighed he knew he couldn't leave Lucifer alone, and followed through the portal to help Lucifer with his quest for ice cream, even though Cannibal Town sells a lot of human meat, they also sell some normal foods. Lucifer was holding Alastor's arm throughout the shopping while looking for ice cream.

Lucifer: "You want some meat or cake"

Alastor: "I want Sleep"

Lucifer: "I think you want cake "

Alastor: "I hate you"

Lucifer: "Come on, let's go checkout "

after completing their shopping, Lucifer hummed contentedly and proceeded to checkout. Once they arrived home, lucifer put the cake in the fridge and happily ate his ice cream. Soon after, he accompanied Alastor back to bed, lying next to him and sliding closer to his chest before falling asleep, he whispered thank you,

Here it is after a whole lot of Nyquil and Tylenol, I finished this chapter 😅😀
