Quackity waits for the college bus with all his stuff. It's like deja vu all over again from the first day of college but now it's the end of winter break. He's preparing to see Wilbur again and have to be his roommate, he thinks it will be better now that they are friends.

Soon the bus arrives and Quackity sighs climbing on with his stuff.

"Quackity! Over here!" Karl exclaims waving a hand from where he's sitting with Sapnap, people nearby shush him annoyed by his outburst.

Quackity smiles and makes his way over glad for familiar faces, he sits by Karl and Sapnap as they move to make room for him, he looks across the bus and sees Bad and Skeppy are across from them. He's pretty sure Dream and George are behind them somewhere.

The bus starts to move and Quackity relaxes starting to play his music.

As the bus stops again Quackity leans forward because he wasn't paying attention. Karl grabs his arm pulling him back up with a laugh.
One of Wilbur's friends, Skyler gets on the bus, what looks to be his sister waving at him from the boat he had got off of, wait a minute does he not even live on the mainland? Skyler waves back at her then makes his way to the back of the bus, of course all cool people want to be in the back of the bus.

As he passes Karl waves to him, he merly glances at him then notices Quackity and his eyes widen slightly. He walks away.

Karl blinks in confusion,

"Why did he react like that when he saw you?"

"Well I told him I was gay at the party by saying I made out with guys, I think I traumatized him" Quackity laughs a little.

Then he goes back to listening to his music distracted, he's waiting for Wilbur to get on the bus, he's hoping Wilbur will be on this one at least. Just a little.

He's aware of Karl and Sapnap talking and laughing together and also holding hands, he feels slightly jealous he doesn't have someone like that.

Then a familiar face steps on the bus looking very ruffled, he smoothes his hair as he walks down the aisle, Quackity's eyes follow him. Wilbur.
He kinda wants Wilbur to notice him but also doesn't.

Wilbur pauses as he sees Quackity as well, he smiles and adjusts his glasses.

"Hello" Quackity says carefully.

"Hey darling, I got a gift for you later" Wilbur winks then laughs a little and walks past to go sit by Skyler.

Quackity gapes a little and he feels his face go hot. Gift? What gift?
Karl looks over at him and pretends not to notice Quackity's blush but it's obvious he saw it. Quackity covers his face and looks away burning even more.

Oops.

He should have expected Wilbur's teasing right away but he hadn't anticipated that.

Luckily Karl and Sapnap don't make any comments and the bus ride continues without any more weird experiences, Quackity forgets Wilbur is even on the bus.

Finally they arrive at the campus, Quackity actually feels quite good to be back.
He hurries to his dorm after saying goodbye to Karl and Sapnap eager to have some peace that isn't in a crowded bus.

He turns the door handle after swiping his keycard and steps inside the dorm. He pauses as he sees Wilbur's stuff already in there.
He notices Wilbur has a new guitar case, perhaps he got it for Christmas.

Wilbur steps out of the bathroom some red shades held in his hand, he's changed into a gray tee and black shorts.

"Oh hey, you're finally here" he says with a grin.
