Broken reason (Morro x Reader)

I might take a few day break soon. Life is being a bit stressful. School sucks. Also this one is a bit long.

My back hurt so much when I woke up. It was before the sun rose as well. I looked to see if any one was awake before going to to start breakfast. People started to wake up, they started to complain. "Is Breakfast ready?" Jay groaned as he got up. Cole popped his back before walking over to me. "Sandwiches, in the morning?" He looked disappointed at the food. but then shrugged. 

"Sorry Cole. We didn't have any other supplies." I told him, handing him a plate. "At least it isn't your actual cooking." Your's is so much worse. I least I can make something editable. "Thanks (Y/N)." Nya said quickly taking two plates. One for Kai I guess. "No problem." I held one out to Jay. "It isn't poison." Zane told Jay, who looked like he didn't wanted it. 

"You never know." I'll ignore that one. "Wu," I nodded to the old man. Misako was not far behind him. "Misako. Glad to see you safe." I smiled at her. She took the last two plates. "Not as much as I'm glad you all made it out unharmed."

I started to make another while I paused to feel the breeze around me. I hate the affect the wind now has on me. I know that it won't hurt me. I know this. So why do I start to tense up at the feeling on it moving across my skin. 

"Ew!" Kai woke up with a start. A walloper was licking his face. I couldn't help but life a little. "Oh shut up will you." Kai glared at me. Okay, he woke up grumpier than usual. Maybe once he has some food he will be okay. "Misako got our message, and you made breakfast. Good, I'm starving."

I made breakfast though. But he might actually eat it if he doesn't know that it was me. "We put your plate down over there." Nya pointed to a Walloper that was eating the food. Kai groaned in frustration. Not good. "Kai, you can have mine if you want." I told him as he walked over to were we all were. "Thanks." He grabbed the food and started to eat. Good, he has to be able to stay calm if we see Morro anytime soon. 

Misako started to examine the symbols. She was back in her element. "As far as I knew, the tomb was only a fable, until I saw what's on the staff." She was really just talking to Wu though. 

"Does she know what the symbol means?" Kai asked the other guys with a mostly full mouth. "Not the last two yet, but get this: the first symbol means. Airjitzu" I missed something then. I must have spaced out at some point.

"Airjitzu?" Yeah, I'm just as lost Kai. "Misako, can you explain?" I asked the woman who finally looked up. "A lost martial art created by Sensei Yang, who passed years ago. If mastered, it allows one to temporarily take flight." That sound so cool. I wish I could learn to do that. 

"You hear that, Kai? We get to fly!" Jay yelled that into the tired fire ninja's ear. He flinched at the sudden noise. I did to, and Jay isn't yelling in my ear. "You haven't found it yet." Wu told Jay while looking saddened. "The scroll of Airjitzu is well guarded in the ancient Library of Domu." 

"Forgive me if I speak out of turn, but my records reveal it was recently stolen." I sighed. "Great. That makes our lives so much better." Zane shrugged at my statement. "Nothing we can't handle." 

"By who?" Jay asked Zane after dramatically gasping. Cole who looked like he was doing really hard math said. "Ah, let me guess. Ronin." Nya looked confused by the addition of the new name. And I was to. "Who's Ronin?"

Kai made a bitter face before saying,"Let's just say he's not a friend." What does that mean. "So is this going to be an easy steal?" Zane looked at me in surprise. "Why would we steal it?" Some times, he really doesn't understand that we need to do not so nice things in order to save others.

Jay snapped his fingers, looking proud of himself. "But this is good news." How could this be good news? "Uh, how so?" Cole voiced my thoughts exactly.
