Scarecrow turns and sees the person who's yelling is Cherri Bomb, she seemed drunk and was talking to loan sharks

He said as the bartender handed the Loan Shark the drink, he spiked it and went back to Cherri Bomb

He said, about to hand her the drink when Scarecrow came up behind him and strangled him with his tail
Scarecrow: nice try, dickhead
He throws him into a stripper and the other Loan Sharks get up and get out their Tommy guns
Loan Sharks: get them!
They said as Scarecrow grabs Cherri grabbed a gray canister on his chest and threw it at the Loan Sharks fear toxin came out of it, buying Cherri and Scarecrow time to escape.
