Like Skin. Itchiness and scratching.
Both gives satisfaction and then hurts in the end. Eventually will heal but mostly leaves scars and marks.

When you feel something itchy you feel like scratching it, well that's the 3rd law of motion right? For every action there is always an equivalent reaction/interaction.

You scratch it you feel relieved, but you know if you scratch too much you'll get hurt.

But it itches again, you scratch again, thinking no harm has been done. Little did you know bit by bit, your skin is being damaged.

Then it itches again, now you can't stop scratching, because you need to attain the satisfaction you want.

Because the more you scratch, the more it is hard to satisfy. Then after you scratch so much then stops cause it hurts, there you'll realize that in the end you'll only get hurt and damage has been done.

The itchiness left you with that horrible wound, hurting and regretting.

Like that unwanted feeling. You do it too much, give it your all, but in the end, your the loser, end up being wounded and hurted. You may heal but it will stay there as a scar forever

That's why that unwanted feeling sucks to the bones.
