"Birthday Present"

On Y/N's Birthday

Y/N: "Suga, guess what? Since it's my birthday, I was thinking, would you like to come over for a small celebration?"

Yoongi: "Hey,  happiest birthday love.. well  I have something important I need to take care of on today, It's business-related, and I can't postpone it. I'm really sorry, but I won't be able to make it today."

Y/N "It's okay, Suga. I understand. Your work is important. We can celebrate another day."

As Suga's convoy returned with the supply, they were ambushed on the highway. Suga and his men were chased and attacked, resulting in the death of all his guards. Suga's car collided with the divider.

The impact of the collision sent Suga's car tumbling, metal screeching against the unforgiving asphalt. Suga found himself suspended upside down, his body restrained by the seatbelt. His head throbbed with pain as he struggled to unbuckle himself, shards of glass falling around him like deadly raindrops.

As Suga lay injured on the ground, struggling to maintain consciousness, he saw Namjoon approaching, his expression cold and determined. Namjoon was a formidable opponent, tall and muscular, with a menacing glare that sent shivers down Suga's spine. Despite his injuries, Suga mustered the last of his strength, preparing for the inevitable confrontation.

Namjoon wasted no time and lunged at Suga, his movements swift and calculated. The two engaged in a fierce hand-to-hand combat, the sounds of their grunts and the clashing of their fists echoing on the deserted highway. Suga fought bravely, but the combination of his injuries and Namjoon's relentless attacks soon took its toll.

Meanwhile, a girl watched from a distance, her heart pounding with anticipation. As she stood there, watching the chaos unfold, a sense of satisfaction washed over her, knowing that her plan was finally coming to fruition.

The fight seemed to drag on forever, each blow weakening Suga further. Finally, with a powerful strike, Namjoon knocked Suga to the ground, leaving him barely conscious. Namjoon stood over him, a victorious smirk playing on his lips.

While the girl approached, Suga was beyond shocked as the girl was non other than Y/N

Her footsteps confident and purposeful. She had planned this betrayal since the beginning, using Suga's kindness and affection to further her own agenda.

Looking down at Suga, Y/N's heart filled with a mix of triumph and regret. She knew she had to follow through with her plan, no matter the cost. With a steely gaze, she spoke, her voice cold and unwavering, "I'll spare your life, Suga. Consider it a birthday gift. But remember, this debt must be repaid."

With that, Y/N turned away, leaving Suga lying on the ground, his mind swirling with a mix of pain, confusion, and betrayal. As he drifted into unconsciousness, he couldn't help but wonder how he had been so blind, so trusting of someone who had planned to betray him since the beginning.

One week later, Yoongi woke up in the hospital to find his father, Dong Wook, and his friends, Jin and Hoseok, by his side. He had been in a coma for a week.

Yoongi asked Dong Wook about the shipment, to which Dong Wook replied, "Your life is more important than any shipment."

Dong Wook then left to get Jungkook, who wanted to meet his hyung as soon as he woke up.

Alone with Jin and Hoseok, Yoongi's heart weighed heavy with the truth he knew was coming. He turned to Jin, tears streaming down his face, and pleaded, "Tell me... tell me the truth."

Jin hesitated, his own eyes filled with sorrow for his friend. Finally, he spoke, his voice cracking with emotion, "Yoongi, she... she planned to betray you from the beginning. Y/N never loved you."

Two weeks later,

Yoongi was discharged from the hospital. He tried to find Y/N, but it seemed everything between them had been a lie. Resigned to the truth, Yoongi returned to his normal life, but he couldn't shake the feeling of betrayal and heartbreak that consumed him.

One day, while out driving, Yoongi spotted Y/N. His emotions overwhelmed him, and he chased after her, their cars speeding through the streets in a heated pursuit. The chase led them to a cliff, where Y/N lost control of her car and was about to fall off the edge.

Yoongi acted on instinct, pulling Y/N out of her car , her back pressed against the door while their foreheads connected and confronting her, his voice filled with hurt. "Did you ever love me, Y/N? Did you ever care?" he demanded.

Y/N looked at him, her eyes filled with tears, but she remained silent, unable to answer. Yoongi's heart shattered at her silence, and in that moment, he knew he had been betrayed by the one person he had trusted the most. He released her, his expression hardening with tears in his eyes as he warned, "If I ever see you again, I won't spare you. I'll kill you.."

With that, Yoongi walked away, leaving behind a guilty and conflicted Y/N, as he struggled to come to terms with the betrayal that had torn his heart apart.
