Welcome to my Thoughts!

Hi Little Sunshine, are you familiar with semicolon?
How about the use of a semicolon?
The purpose of a semicolon?

Well, let me define it first in the simplest explanation given online. Semicolon (;) is a punctuation mark that is used to separate two independent clauses in a sentence. A bit stronger than a comma (,) but not as strong as period. To make it more understandable, let's just say that semicolon is used as a bridge between two sentences, indicating that they are closely connected.

Way too informative isn't it? Well, that is according to Google (my forever best friend🤭)

Now, let me tell you about my name Seamae_coelone. Sounds like semicolon isn't it? Purposely, I did wrote my name seamae_coelone sounds like semicolon. Aside from I'm quite in love and intrigued with the use of a semicolon in a sentence, there's this one thing I read online which made me fell deeper.

“A semicolon represents a sentence the author could've ended but chose not to. The author is you and the sentence in your life.”

Isn't that beautiful?

Well, semicolon simply represents H O P E:
H- hold
O- on
P- pain
E- ends

As a person who personally experienced a lot of good and of course bad things in life. I could say, I am still in proper (but I almost lost my mind actually) and in continuation (It would be great if I didn't try to gave up honestly) well, probably because I kind of oversee things in my life.

Semicolon isn't truly that stronger than a comma I must honestly say. Comma is more like a stepping stone within a sentence while a semicolon can be likened to a bridge between two sentences. Why am I saying this? It's because the decision to use between the two depends on the desired effect the writer wants to achieve. It's more like, it depends on you if you want to have a slight break or to have a stronger break or separation.

Now, why is a period stronger than a semicolon? Simply, a semicolon indicates break while a period represents a complete stop or ending. Semicolon allows smoother flow and maintains a sense of continuity. Well, I have once thought to stop and leave everything behind but then again there are things that we can't leave hanging, like for instance when your phone is finally full, you have to remove your charger because if you leave it with your charger still connected in your phone, it will charge down.

Why am I saying all of this?

If you'll going to read what's inside this book or something. It is important for you to know what's behind everything.

For you to understand me and my thoughts, you have to understand first where I'm coming from.

For you to uncover what's behind the words inside each of my poems, I need you to read me first.

I am Seamae_coelone and this are my Words.
