The sun had already set and the weather had turned chill. The cold wind brushed against her skin making her shiver due to the impact. She hugged her knees close to her body and sighed. She sniffed a little due to the cold weather and her thin clothes were not helping her.
Her feet were bruised due to the hot floor which she received from the afternoon sun. She suddenly remembered her friends whom she is missing so much. She suddenly remembered a memory.
The four people were climbing the stairs of Namsan tower. "I'll die climbing it" Miyeon said while breathing heavily while she kept her palm on her knees breathing heavily. Yn giggled at her and Asahi scoffed
"We didn't even climb half way" he complained "You don't know how hard it is for me to climb" she complained back "You have less stamina so only I say you should eat more" he said "I do eat okay" she replied back glaring at him
"Yeah, all you eat is junk food. Eat something healthy" He said while pointing his finger towards her. They both started bickering making Yn and Yoshi sigh. "Guys-" Yoshi tried to interrupt but both of them showed their palm to him telling him to stop and continued their bickering
"I should have stayed at home and slept" Yoshi muttered and Yn laughed at his statement "Let's leave them here and go" she said and he nodded his head. Suddenly Yoshi crouched in front of Yn while she raised her brow
"We have to rush" he said and she nodded her head and climbed on his back and wrapped her arms around his neck while he held her thighs. He piggyback her and started climbing the stairs.
Miyeon and Asahi who were bickering gazed at their surroundings and saw Yoshi carrying Yn on his back and they were fifteen steps ahead of them. "Those cheaters" Asahi muttered and Miyeon groaned
Asahi crouched in front of Miyeon "Climb on" he said and she climbed on his back and he started climbing the stairs in a fast pace. When they were nearby Miyeon shouted "How about a race?" She said and Yoshi smirked "Why not" he said and fastened his pace
Yn held him tightly and giggled. Soon he and Asahi raced to the top and they all were laughing alongside. It was one of Yn's favourite moments with them.
Her thoughts were broken when she heard footsteps behind her. She turned and saw a man in his casuals standing there. He was holding a plate in one hand while his other hand was inside his pant pocket.
He crouched down and kept the plate in front of her as an owner keeps a bowl for their dogs. She gazed at the plate and saw five slices of bread and nothing with it. "Itadakimasu" she muttered lowly in Japanese which is a way to respect the food before consuming it
It was one of the gestures she and Miyeon learnt from Yoshi and Asahi. The man stared at her with amusement as she took a slice of bread and started eating it. He watched her finish all five slices of bread
She gazed at him "Can I get water" she asked him as he just shook his head as a no. She just nod her head and sat while gazing at the ground.
"Don't you fear?" He asked being intrigued by her calmness and she gazed at him "I fear" she said and he smirked but his smirk vanished after her next sentence "I fear that my last day would end without seeing my friends and someone special" she said he gritted his teeth
