MASKED FACES || SEVENTEEN

⛥ TWENTY ONE ⛥

Minghao was practicing his martial arts in one of the weapon rooms inside the basement. His face was devoid of any emotions and he clenched his teeth harder. He swiftly kicked the air and turned around and gave a powerful punch.

His upper body was naked as the sweat glistened his toned muscles and his rough chest. A huge scar was visible on his abs. A small dragon tattoo adorned on the spine of his neck on the back. He was wearing only a black track pants.

His mind repeated the scenarios about yesterday's incidents. Nobody ever spoke to him in that way and she dared to provoke him.
He was the quietest member when it comes to the group and also the most dangerous one among them.

His mind filled with fury as his breath started getting harder due to the intense training from past an hour. After landing another kick on the air, he stopped and strode towards the table kept at the corner.

He took a towel and wiped his body and face and he ruffled his wet hair. Suddenly an idea popped in his mind and he clapped his hands twice as a guard ran inside and bowed his head to him.

"Bring her here" he ordered and started gulping the water as the guard bowed again and exited the room. The guard reached the east wing and reached her room. He gently knocked at her door.

"Come in" Yn said and gazed at the guard "Master Minghao has ordered for your presence" he said and she nodded her head. She got off the bed and followed the guard.

She was confused as the guard opened the door and led her downstairs. By now she pretty much guessed it was the basement. There were several doors around there.

After reaching out one he opened the door and signalled her to go inside. She slowly walked inside as the guard closed the door behind. She gazed around the room and saw it was a well lit room along with air conditioning and many weapons around.

Minghao stood leaning against the table watching her like a lion watching the prey entering the den. Her gaze shifted towards him and her eyes gazed down at his perfectly shaped body.

Her eyes again shifted to his eyes staring back without fear. Minghao stood straight and walked towards her. He stood in front of her almost towering her due to his height. He gazed at her eyes which were directly staring at him.

He was impressed by her bravery and he smirked a little. "Your smart little kitten aren't you" he said in his deep voice and chuckled a little. "You're the same as other girls out there" he mocked her and she closed her eyes at the hateful comment.

Suddenly the door burst open and both Yn's and Minghao's attention turned towards the person. Minghao glared at the person due to the sudden interruption "Mingyu hyung is wounded, come fast" Seungkwan said and rushed outside. Minghao gave a last look and left the place.

Yn stood in her place being confused about the matter which he called her here in the first place. She decided to go back to her room. While entering the east wing, she heard a lot of noises from the west wing. Probably from the medic room.

Her curiosity made her slowly walk towards the medic room. She saw a huge door and peaked in a little and found all the members standing there with a worried face as Dokyeom was treating Mingyu.

Her eyes averted towards him and saw his face was covered in bruises and he had a large cut across his stomach which Dokyeom was stitching up. "Who the hell did this to him?" Seungcheol asked in his angry voice

"Those fuckers, it was Felix and Hyunjin. Mingyu was returning from the company and they trapped him and made him in this condition. The guards were also trapped" Jeonghan said in an equally angry voice.

Yn gulped and she decided to leave quietly and took a step back. But what she failed to do was count the exact number of members inside the room. While she took another step back she collided her back on something hard.

She slowly turned back and saw Joshua glaring at her which made her shiver. "Are you trying to escape?" He asked and she didn't have the courage to speak a word. He held her wrist in a tight grip and dragged her inside the medic room.

He pushed her hardly making her land on the floor with a huge thud and it gained the member's attention. She gazed around the room and everyone's eyes were stuck on her figure except Mingyu and Dokyeom's.

"You bitch, because of you Mingyu is in this condition and you will suffer for the things your boyfriend did" Seungcheol roared and charged towards her. He forcefully made her stand and she was about to open her mouth to speak but her voice got stuck in the middle.

She felt the oxygen in her lungs got blocked and she was struggling to breathe. She held and tried pushing his hand which was choking her neck as he pushed her more to the wall behind her.

"I'll kill you" he uttered and added more pressure making it impossible for her to push his hands, even though by using both of her hands. She felt her hands losing the power to push his hand apart and slowly her hands fell sideways as tears fell from her eyes.

She felt she started hallucinating and everything started to spin around her. The voices around her started to get blurred "Hyung, leave her. You will kill her" she heard a faint voice and again all voices got blurred again.

She felt his hands slowly released her throat and she fell on the ground with a loud thud. She tried to take as much oxygen as she wanted, but she still felt blockage of her windpipe which made her breathe abnormally. Her eyesight was blurry and she closed her eyes and opened again.

"M-m   o-nn   s-sters" she said in a mear whisper which was heard by them. But what they failed to hear was her next words as it came more quieter than a whisper "I  w-won t  s-sp are  y-you"

She gazed at Chan who was holding an angry Seungcheol and she very well knew he had pulled him apart. Her eyes slowly started giving up and the last thing she saw was Wonwoo's face who was patting her cheeks, trying his best to keep her awake.

"What the hell is wrong with you Hyung" Dino roared and his member's became quite after hearing his shout.
Dino was quite and calculative person and him being this restless and angry made then shut their mouths.

"Mingyu is hurt because of her-" "Was she the one who stabbed him?" He questioned again making Seungcheol quite

"Chan, it doesn't matter. She is related to one of those guys and she deserves it" Jeonghan said and Chan turned his attention towards him "What the hell is wrong with you guys. She isn't his girlfriend. I have already spied on them enough. You're causing her too much pain" he said while pointing towards the unconscious girl who was laid on another bed while Dokyeom was checking her pulse.

"We don't hurt innocent's hyung. Just stop this shit" he said "But why would Felix stab Mingyu if she's his just friend" Joshua asked and raised his eyebrow. Chan knew how much special Yn was for Felix. Who wouldn't fight for their childhood best friend whom they adored a lot.

"Because he loves her friend Miyeon, so he's trying to get close to Yn. Now Miyeon has suddenly disappeared without a trace so he would obviously chase Yn to know the truth" Chan answered making the guys silent. Chan had a confident look which made the unable to notice the lie.

"We can't let her go. She had seen and known too much" Woozi reasoned and Hoshi nodded his head "At least don't hurt her physically and mentally" Chan said and again silence filled the room.
Seungcheol nodded his head making Jeonghan frown. Nevertheless he agreed with his leader's words.
