Chapter 5. Inuyasha's temptations and broken oath and the cracks in the wall.

Serena and Inuyasha were finally going to be bringing a baby into the world. He had done everything that he was told to do.

Dairen put up an offer to pay a bunch of guys from his kingdom and sent them over to Inuyasha as new knights for him, he claimed they were a peace offering and for them to start over to make a good alliance so nothing bad ever happened between either kingdom again.

Plus, Inuyasha needed the manpower, so he accepted a few other soldiers.

After a few weeks had passed they had proven themselves and managed to do just well on the obstacle test and many others, so he accepted them into his kingdom and guards.

Kagome however she wasn't completely happy about the news that she had heard, but she had told Darien how he can expect Inuyasha to change his mind now, I mean for crying out loud his wife is already pregnant.

Darien grinned.

"Inuyasha couldn't possibly be happy with the ideal of an loveless arranged marriage, and he's not loyal nor strong enough to avoid all Temptations, sooner or later his desires for the one he truly loves will return, and he will want her, her job is to make him want her again, no matter what, keep dangling the bait no matter what happens eventually his true feelings will show themselves and the peace treaty will be broken, Stated Darien's warning and telling Kagome of his plans.

She started to spy for Endymion's kingdom after Inuyasha's wedding and he had given her a little sample to take with her and she would know what to do with it when the time comes.

Soon Inuyasha had heard his new guards just talking randomly and out of curiosity they explained.

They told him once they heard the great news which meant his time forced to be with his wife was over, he didn't have to hang around with her anymore, he was basically a free man, he was finally able to have some freedom now right, he could do anything he wanted, he was the king.

So, they were pushing for him to stray and get him show his weaknesses. But come on he is the King; his dad isn't anymore.

Was he really that scared of the barrier and the stones, everyone knows that was his father's way of scaring him and keeping him in line. He had all these doubts and words put into his head.

He excused them and told them to go. He looked around the room. he tried to think about it, I mean he was the king now his dad really couldn't touch him not if he enforced a law against him but at the same time that magic felt real.

Inuyasha wasn't sure about it. He has had time now to get to know his wife she likes quite a few things he learned and honestly, she was pretty gentle and kind-hearted, she was giving generous loyal honesty, and she sure taught him a lot.

They'd had a lot of sex lately and even before learning about the pregnancy but still, he kept trying to find all the ways to bond with her, and they did do a lot of things together, dinner. nice walk in the garden, they went out for a nice ride well before she had the pregnancy but still, they tried to get to know each other on different levels, they both were open to communication and seeing what he liked to do and they'd do things that she's liked to do no matter what they were doing she can communicate about just about everything and she seemed open to talking about anything that he wanted to speak with her about, she seemed very understanding too at the same time.

He still missed out and felt that loss Feeling Again the Feelings he wanted to let out, but he dared not allow it.

Has he turned a corner and looked around he did almost one face and honestly, he did miss her still can't forget that she betrayed him but a part of him still wanted to go over there and kiss her anyway.
