Jeongyeon, a girl full of a thousand problems, finally meets her soulmate. But confessing won't be so easy, especially since it's her straight best friend; and then... Jeongyeon can't distinguish love from friendship. She just wished that her feelin...
I wrote the first 400 words now at half past eleven in the evening, after a long day, forgive me if there are mistakes <3
Jeongyeon walked away embarrassed. Nayeon pulled away from Minhyuk and looked into his eyes.
-I'll let you know soon, okay?- she asked, caressing his cheek.
The poor boy, he smiled, because he couldn't help it when he was in front of that girl.
Jeongyeon, meanwhile, was walking through the streets of Busan, heading to the bus stop. It was late, too late. Just as it had been late to recover the friendship with Seulgi, but there it had not been her fault, as with Joy, but with the latter things were different. She and Joy had loved (friendly) each other, even though she had created more problems in Jeongyeon's life than Seulgi. But was it really like that? Jeongyeon and Joy had dealt with the problems, Seulgi was convinced they didn't exist. That's why I didn't talk about Joy in the book. She and Joy really loved (friendly) each other and it was in that period that Jeongyeon had realized that, despite the thousand similarities between Seulgi and Joy, there was something that they did not have in common: Joy had been her best friend, her friendship with Seulgi was only the product of an ideal caricature that Jeongyeon had constructed for herself. And who knows... Maybe it would have ended like this with Nayeon too.

The days went by and the two friends had not texted each other. Nayeon spent her time texting with Minhyuk but with every ring of her cell phone she hoped that the sender was someone else.
"What if I said no?" she had asked Jihyo, but the latter didn't understand why she should. After all, it wasn't about getting married right away.
And Nayeon agreed with her, it wasn't pressure that was stopping her, though.
And finally that afternoon she picked up her cell phone and made that call. Her friend showed up in front of her house and the two smiled at each other as if they had just resolved an argument. Maybe it was just their soul that had been restless for a long time.
-I need to know something, Jeong.- She turned around. -What would you think if I said yes?
-It's not me who has to decide.
-Yes but... What would you think?
-What should I think? That you love him, that he loves you, what harm is there?
Nayeon bit her bottom lip and Jeongyeon felt that tingling feeling inside her stomach. The so-called butterflies?
-If only it were simple...
-What is it that worries you?
Jeongyeon just didn't understand. She didn't want to have any illusions, and it was impossible for anyone to like her.
