MADI'S POV

I wake up the next morning to light pouring in through the opens blinds and the smell of bacon in the air. I slowly rise up in bed trying to figure out where I am. I look around the room and spot Taylor sitting in a chair staring down at her phone two plates of room service pancakes and bacon sat on a table in front of her. Right, I'm at Taylor's, my eyes light up at the sight of her. She must of heard me moving because she looks up to meet my eyes.

"Morning sleepyhead, did you sleep well?" She asks setting her phone down, I did actually I slept the best I have in a few weeks I didn't have to worry about being woken up by my mother beating me or anything like that I was safe in Taylor's bed and she wasn't going to cause me any pain.

"Yeah I slept amazing," I say sitting up fully and rubbing my eyes, with my eyes still closed I hear a brief giggle come from Taylor. I look over at her confused. "What?" I say trying to figure out what she's laughing at.

"Your hair," she says through giggles, I push my self out of bed and walk over to the mirror, my hair is all over the place it's puffy and notty and some of its up in the air and somehow some of is curly. "What the hell," I whisper to myself, then I start laughing.

"I look like a troll doll that got put in the washing machine," I say loud enough so Taylor can hear I hear Taylor Burst out into a fit of giggles as I start to brush through my mess of hair. "You do!" Taylor says and then continues to laugh. Once my hair is back to its normal dead straight style. I walk back out of the bathroom.

"Better?" I ask Taylor, "Much better," she says digging into her pancakes and bacon.

"I hope you like pancakes and bacon," she says through a mouthful of bacon, "Don't worry I do," I say walking over and sitting in the chair next to her as I dig into my breakfast.

"Do you want to hangout today? Maybe we can watch a movie and eat a bunch of snacks or something," She says happily, "Yeah that sounds like fun!" I say excited I will get to spend more time with Taylor. "Oh but wait, I'm meant to be meeting up with Halle my friend today," I say and her face falls slightly.

"Thats okay what time are you guys meeting up?" She asks, I actually dont know what time we're meeting up, "Uh, I actually dont know let me check," I quickly pick up my phone and go to me and Halles chats.

MADI: What time are we meeting up?

She responds rather quickly her Bit moji popping up in seconds.

HALLE: Uh is 10:45 good?

I look at the top of my screen to the clock which reads 10: 30

MADI: Yeah that works great

"Uh were gonna meet at 10:45 at Bondi and then were gonna get ice cream I think," I tell Taylor, "Sounds like fun, when you're back at the hotel text me or if you need a ride and then we can head to the stadium okay?" She asks and I nod, "Sounds great thank you so much,"

We finish breakfast and I leave Taylors hotel room going back to my own, I change into a blue bikini and throw on my Eras tour shirt and some denim shorts because thr brusises on my legs have faded and look just like little burises now which is good, over top putting my sunglasse on my head and leaving my hair down. Lastly I add some friendship bracelets to my wrists to give to Halle and any other Swifties if I'm brave enough to go up to them. I look down at my phone and see a text from Hayley.

HALLE: Did you sing with Taylor at soundcheck yesterday???

How. How does she know.

MADI: Uh yeah I did how do you know????
