MADI'S POV

I wake thankfully to no alarm no nothing, just the low hum of chirping birds and golden light pouring into the room. Now this is how I would love to wake up everyday. 

I do a big stretch starring at the ceiling for a moment. I slowly climb  down the ladder my socked feet reaching the carpeted floor. I grab my phone off charge and slowly climb back into my warm bed.

I unlock my phone once I'm comfy under the covers and look at my notifications most just from snapchat. I open snap and reply to my best friends with goofy snaps and scroll through the rest to see if anyone good has snapped.

Then I see one from Avery, I open it and see her laptop screen in a dark room with Mal's face on it. 'Hopefully youre asleep but you made me wanna watch decendants'

I start kicking my feet again, a huge smile on my face. Ahhh I am so obssesed with her and its been less than 24 hours. Its so cute she wanted to watch decendants after we talked about it.

I quickly jump off my bunk bed gabbing my toiletries bag. I brush my hair and put mascara and lipgloss on. I take a snap 'I was asleep thankfully' I want to type more but decide against it thinking it will sound weird.

I send it and respond to all the irrelevant people and then scroll to the top to see who responded. I search for Averys name but sadly it isnt there. 

I decide to get up and get breakfast. Alice makes pancakes with strawberries and maple syrup like she does every year.

We eat together planning out our day, deciding we will go for a wander down at the markets. After breakfast I get dressed into a black skirt, a cute black top, my black platform shoes and a hoodie. Finishing off the outfit with a black Gracie bow.

We walk down to the markets browsing through the shops, Celeste and Alice both get a candle from this candle place and I find a reall cute half price blue white and a tiny bit of black bikini which is really cute and I'm really excited to wear it in summer. 

We take a break around 12 and have lunch at this cute little place on the beach. I open my phone back up when the conversation over lunch runs dry. I open up snap and search for Averys name which I find and I try to hide my smile. 

I opne the snap and its of her, her hair is out and shes in a baggy graphic tee, she looks gorgeous. 'How do you look that good in the morning you look like an angel' 

Ahhhhh and angel!?? I wanna kick and scream but I have to keep my composure around Celetse and Alice. 

I take a photo of me the light doing me lots of justice, 'I do not look good I look like shit I dont know what youre talking abt' 

I type back and send it trying not to blush. Our lunch arrives at the table and I put my phone away socialising once again with Celeste and Alice. We finish lunch and then return to the maze of markets and continue shopping right through the afternoon. 

We retreat around 4:30 and start our long walk back to the house. We all end up with a few shopping bags each of knick knacks and things that were on sale or going for cheap. When we get home I set down my bags and climb back into bed ready to relax until our takeaway dinner shows up. 

I open up snap quickly and smile when I see Avery has sent me a snap. I open it and its of her she still has her hair down and shes in the same graphic tee. 'Mads just take my compliment' 

Mads... I hate it when people call me Mads cause these two stupid boys who turns out had a crush on me used to call me Mads all the time and so I formed a hatred for it. 

But why do I not mind it cause shes saying it.

I take another snap a small smile on my face, 'Ok thank you for calling me pretty' I know well go back and forth forever if I dont give in. I send it then look through my other messages.
