Get Together

Today was yet another busy day at the Hazbin Hotel. I was finishing up breakfast in the kitchen and cleaning up my mess.

“I want everybody to come to the lobby at once!” I heard Charlie yell for us.

I put my cleaning rag down and walked out of the kitchen. I took my seat on the lobby couch as I watched everybody else gathering around. I looked at Aqua and I realized that was lovestruck from earlier today.

‘Guess that little mini event from earlier worked out a bit.’ I thought to myself.

I felt a hand on my shoulder and I looked up to see that it was Alastor. “Hi.”

“Hello my dear.” he greeted me.

I blushed after he said that to me. Seriously, I can’t with this guy. He’s just too charming to me.

“Alright everyone. I have an announcement to make. Since we’ve all been cooped up in the hotel, we should go out tonight. We should go eat dinner.” Charlie said.

“Awesome idea.” Angel said.

“That’s a great idea.” I said as I smiled. And plus, I didn't have to cook so that was a bonus.

Don't get me wrong, I love to cook. But some days, my body just tells me to clock out early. But tonight was going to be a good change.

“Alright, let’s all get ready!” Charlie said.

“Okay.” I said as I slowly got up and went to my room.

I went into my closet and couldn’t decide on what to wear. I wasn't quite sure if it was a fancy restaurant or just something unusual. So I went with a simple outfit. I picked out a pair of navy blue jeans with black and red top with a rose. Then I curled my hair up in a bun. I looked at myself in the mirror and put some light blush on my cheeks plus a light red lipstick on my lips.

I've put on my black heels on and grabbed my black purse. I looked at myself in the mirror again and twirled around.

“Looks nice.” I said to myself and walked out of the room.

As I made it back to the lobby, I carefully walk down the stairs. I saw that most of the crew were ready so I sat on the couch and waited for them to be finished.

“Alright, is everybody ready?” Charlie asked.

“Yeah.” everyone agreed.

“Okay then, let’s go!” Charlie said as she was the first person out of the front door.

“Allow me.” Alastor took a bow and held his hand out to me.

“Oh, okay.” I blushed as I took his hand and he walked me out the front door with him. ‘Oh my god this man is going to drive me crazy tonight with his charms!’ I thought to myself.

Once we were all outside, we started walking there. I was surprised that we didn’t drive there due to Hell being dangerous. But since we had the boys around, it was going to be okay.

“Hey big sis. I have a great idea.” Aqua said as she tapped my shoulder.

“What is it?”

“You should have a competition with Husker in a drinking contest.”

“Heh.” I smirked. “Husker? Don’t make me laugh, I can beat him at drinking.”

Husker spoke in his deep scratchy voice. “In your dreams, I can drink under the table. You can never beat me.”

I rolled my eyes. “Just wait and see. I'm going to prove you wrong pussycat.”

When finally got to the restaurant, it was actually quite nice. There were soft luminous lighting and music. Once we were seated at our table, I noticed that Aqua's scales that have been falling off of her.

“Hey, are you okay sis?” I whispered in her ear.

“I’m so itchy.” she said as she was still scratching at her neck.

“Here. Drink some water.” I said as I poured her a glass.

“Thanks.” she said as she was drinking it.

I was kind of nervous on why she was so dehydrated all of a sudden. But then I remembered that she gets like this when her mermaid half is dehydrated or when she’s stressed. I better make sure that she’s hydrated enough until we go back home.

“Ugh, it’s so hard to read these things.” Aqua said as she was pulling something out of her chest fur. It was a pair of reading glasses. “That’s better.”

“Hehe, nice.” I said as I was impressed. “I can do that too.” I said as I pulled out a metal baseball bat out of my chest fur too.

“Whoa. How did you do that?” Angel chuckled. “Is there an endless void in there?”

“The world may never know.” I said and everybody laughed.

After a little while, everybody decided on what they wanted to order. Alastor suggested that we should share a meal. It was actually quite nice of him, so we both shared a pasta dish. After we were finished eating, we all ordered a whole bunch of alcoholic drinks. Another little while later, Husker and I were drinking from the beer bottles.

“Chug, chug, chug it all~!” Angel encouraged me.

“Heh, you can't hold it down. I can tell you that because my dad had a very strong stomach.” I said.

“We’ll see about that bitch.” Husker said as he was drinking some more beers.

“Prove it Grumpy Cat.” I said as I drunk as least 3 more bottles of beer in less than a minute.

I've noticed Husker was getting more wasted by the minute. And he was also getting lovey-dovey with Aqua. Now that was funny. I've also noticed that Alastor was trying to listen in. I know he’s the Radio Demon and all, but I don’t think that it was right of him to listen into anybody’s conversions.

I managed to pull on his deer ear. “Knock it off.”

“Sorry my dear. I couldn’t help it.” he said in a slightly scared tone.

“You need to stop eavesdropping like that because it's not nice. We all live in the same hotel, and there are people that are trying to get redeemed.” I crossed my arms at him.

“Alright. Whatever you wish.” Alastor said as he stood back in his seat.

I swear this charming red deer is trying to soak in the drama. Me on the other hand, I don’t like the objective of drama. It wasn’t really my cup of tea. But if Alastor was going to be doing that, then I’m gonna put him on a very short leash from now on. He needs to stop.
