We had arrived in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos last night. The kids slept for the entire flight , aunty and I just discusses school and the kid's teachers.

Although my brother fell asleep, I could tell that the entire situation fucked with his head. Imagine a girl who you thought was perfect, turns out to be someone who tried to harm your sister.

I couldn't ever fully understand how his medz have been but as the oldest kids of the family,we feel eachother's pain. I was currently in the lounge of the guest house and observing my brother. He was listening to music and playing on the x-box.

I observed him once more. He looked kinda out of it, on auto pilot. I mentally cursed myself as I bit down on my bottom lip. I was frustrated that I put my family in harm's way. But---

Bitch it's not that...I just can't lose him again. He was my protector as kids and remained my protector now. I was conflicted. Should I speak to him?

He turned to look at me immediately. He would tilt his head.

"Come lewe talk"

He looked reluctant but I pleaded with him through my eyes. He gave a struggled sigh and walked to me. He would sit next to me and I would start speaking.

''Tae tae baba..tell me all you know and I will tell you what I know okay?''

I would place my hand on his hair and ruffle it a bit. Only I and aunty are allowed to touch his hair, and some times his little siblings.

He began speaking and I could tell he was confused about what exactly was going on.

''Basically...he tell me that...Dat he is a gun man and he knew you since you guys were kids....Romona used me to get to you..I swear I did not know that yall had..beef something. Mi swear to God mi just think di gyal been cute and mi did wah go out wid she fu eat or know she better''

I could see the sorrow in his eyes and his voice cracked as he spoke. Poor thing thought he put me in danger.

I would shake my head and hug him.

''Don't worry..it isn't your fault..yeah me and him are dating and she is an old fling that he cut off..She tries to break us up and stuff..and ...she also has gun man pon she side you know? So we did haffu flee''

I could feel him let out a heavy sigh on my shoulder. I would rub his back as he tries to process everything. I am still processing everything also.

I mean...I kinda sensed that my man wasn't just an innocent business man..but a whole Gang leader? Jesus.
