POV Daemon Targaryen
The days passed quickly, Dany's warriors had begun to adapt and the new allies seemed happy with the Queen's presence, now that her advisors had left, she was confident again, she wore her comfortable clothes, she spoke to everyone as if they were her people, and the allies responded to her in the same way. Daemon also watched as Jon began to actively watch her, whenever she entered a room, he saw Jon's eyes follow her, but his gaze was no longer one of disgust or terror, he didn't look at her as if she were a monster, there was gentleness behind his cold facade. He also watched as Ser Davos spoke to his Queen more often, stroked her hands, as a father would, and then spoke to Jon again.
Daemon knew something was brewing between the two men, but he had no idea what was going on, he had no idea what would happen, Jon had never looked at Daenerys like that in his memories, he did look at her in love though there was always regret, now, instead it was only love and passion. Daemon also knew that this had not happened in the memories that the Lord of Light gave him, there were memories of Ser Davos watching Jon with Dany with paternal love, but nothing like this ever happened, they had never whispered between them talking about the Queen, he was not worried about the betrayal, but he was worried about what they would have in mind. He also watched Dany, she looked at Jon sometimes, it was as if she followed the Northman's movements with great interest, but she always kept her distance, she was still afraid of what Jon might do to her.
They had also moved all their things to the new room, it was huge, there was no other explanation for that room, everything was made in a big way. The bed could be used by more than 3 people, the large balconies opened letting in the light and the sea breeze, they could also land their dragons without problems. Daenerys had brought all her clothes and seemed little in the huge closets, he himself kept everything in one of the chests of drawers, it seemed that it could never be filled, every night they shared a bed, he knew that Dany had trouble falling asleep, despite her hard decisions, she still had a heart of gold and did not like to take lives, he had also become accustomed to finding her walking around the room and going out for fresh air, he knew she was always protected, so he stopped fearing that she would never return to bed.
Now they were all gathered in the War Room, the Queen's allies were looking at the table going over the plan they would carry out in a few hours, he wasn't nervous at all, but she seemed nervous about the damage she could cause to innocent people, he averted his gaze back to the Northerner who was looking at her intently, Jon seemed genuinely interested in the plan, not like previous days he seemed skeptical. Harwin, smiled at his Queen fondly and discussed with the allies what he and his men would do, controlling the masses with them, talking about how the Queen's purity saved them, again, his eyes strayed to the wolf. Jon thought no one was looking at him and his mask dropped for a few seconds, gazing with pure love and desire at his Dany.
She was his, his alone, until she said no, until she decided she no longer belonged to him, an inner fire grew in him as he imagined his Dany in Jon's arms, kissing him as she did him and seconds later, Daemon remembered how she fell dead, for Jon. It was Dany's hand that snapped him out of his stupor causing her to laugh.
"Are you all right? You're very quiet today" she asked as he looked around the room watching them.
"Yes, I'm just listening, there is nothing I need to add" he whispered warmly towards her, before looking into Jon's dark eyes who watched the exchange he had with his Dany.
"My Queen, Ser Jorah will be joining my men to help us with communication with the Dothraki as we had discussed a few seconds ago" Harwin smiled towards her warmly, she thanked him with a soft smile and he did not miss Jon's frown as he watched the exchange. "I will retire now to prepare the men, good luck in the coming war my Queen."
