Me and Akito walked towards the aquarium. He opened the door for me, which was unusual. He usually never did anything remotely kind to me. As a matter of fact, he also wouldn't look at me. He was acting unusually awkward around me. "Hey.." I narrowed my eyes in suspicion. "Are you doing alright Akito?" I asked. Akito laughed nervously. "Yeah, why?" He replied. "You haven't looked at me all day, and you've been acting really really strange around me lately." I told. "You're reading into things too much, An." Akito shook his head and started walking. "Reading into things!?" I gasped. "Im just wondering why you've been avoiding me like the plague." I shrugged. "Am not, and stop." Akito shut me down.

"Okay fine." I sighed, it was too dumb of an idea to think that Akito would tell me anything. "Let's look at the sting rays." I said, changing the subject. Akito looked over by the sting rays, saw someone and sighed. "What?" I asked. "No, it's nothing. Let's look at the string rays la-" "OH!" I interrupted. "It's because you ran into your sister and her friends, isn't it?" I teased. I saw them. "Mizuki!!!" I yelled, catching the group's attention. "Hi An!!" The pink haired person waved. "Hi Akiyama." Akito greeted. "Hey lil' bro!" Mizuki smiled. "Ena! Lil' bro and An are here too!!" Mizuki yelled again. "Huh? Oh." Ena looked at Akito and sighed. "Hi An. Hi Akito" Ena smiled and me and stuck her tongue out at Akito. "Lil' bro and An? That's something you dont see very often. An is always with Kohane and Lil' bro is always with Toya." Mizuki said intrigued. "It's nothing, we just both wanted to kill some time." Akito said. Mizuki studied Akito and I. "Awww! Lil' bro has a crush on An." "I do not!" Akito answered quickly. "If you say so. Anyway goodbye!!" Mizuki went off with their friends. Me and Akito walked toward the sting rays as thousands of thoughts began to ring in my head. I could see Mizuki's suspicion. What if Akito did like me? I shook that thought out my head. "Are you okay?" Akito asked. "Huh?" I said, looking up. "Uh, yeah." I replied. "Are you sure? I can tell when something's on your mind you know, so don't lie to me." Akito interrogated me. "Haha! I was just thinking about what Mizuki said. Like id ever like you." I giggled, trying to cover my actual thoughts up. I could tell I accidentally hurt his feelings, I saw his expression change. "Right." He replied. Shit Shit Shit! I thought. That improvised plan backfired terribly.

We both awkwardly headed to the different areas of the museum. I could tell I messed up really bad. "Okay, Im gonna head home, I'll see you later." Akito waved goodbye to me. I sighed and we went our separate ways.
