IN PANEM, the Hunger Games were the only thing that kept the nation alive. Each year like clockwork, 2 tributes from 12 districts are chosen to fight in the games in order to supply the Capitol's amusement. The tributes must fight each other to the death with one remaining to be crowned the year's victor.
So when the 73rd Hunger Games rolled around, the Plinth family thought of it as every other year, the effect of the games not reaching their love for each other. That was until Laurie Plinth's name was called during the reaping, changing everything that the family had. Laurie has to break everything that she has ever stood for to make it out alive. Will she pursue to victory or will she burn with the 23 other tributes that will need to die?

a/n: I've been wanting to make their story for a while now and I'm happy that I'm officially starting it. there will be trial and error in it because I am still planning some things out but we'll see. I hope you enjoy my book :)
