"THE INNOCENTS" Dean didn't like Mesmer, and it showed a lot. You don't really have to have a reason it just the gut feeling one gets about another. It was a mixture of both for him. As they got mesmer and took him in the van, Mesmer tried to spark up conversations with everyone, especially Dean. Dean was about to punch the living shit out of him, too, because of Mesmer oblivious failed attempts at the chance of shaking his hand. Dean was one attempt of hand shake of ripping it off if it weren't for Frenchie's reassurance that Mesmer wasn't going to do anything. He was just here for the woman. Dean only hoped Mesmer stayed true to those words.
After settling in a house, Mesmer took ahold of the woman's hand. Though it seemed the mission of getting Mesmer to look into the woman's past didn't go as good as expected. Obviously, since mesmer's powers were quite in a literal sense, probing the human mind and bending it to his will. To inspect the person's memories and ones that were locked away.
It looked painful from where Dean stood. He saw her squirm and wither in distraught. From the memories Mesmer was getting into it, things took a drastic turn. The woman, in response to the horrid remembrance, bends Mesmer's hand.
It was a disastrous commotion there after. Dean had to intervene and hold the woman back with Frenchie so she didn't kill him. As M.M. tended to Mesmer's broken hand with his experience from the military, Dean had found out through M.M.'s small talks with Frenchie.
Thus bringing the commotion to the present. Dean's phone rings as M.M. was finishing patching up Mesmer. He brought his phone to his ear and walked to the kitchen where Frenchie was trying to calm the woman who was couched under the table.
"Yo," Dean hollers at the caller, knowing who it is.
"Hey, uh, Dean, where are you at?"
"Uh," He coughs. "Playing ping pong with the guys." Dean wasn't a good liar, and it showed through his consequences throughout his life. If there was one thing he wasn't good at, it is being an honest supe, but now a days, what supe isn't?
Hearing commotion through the phone, He then hears Butcher annoying voice instead of Hughie's soothing voice. "You're a shite liar mate, put m.m. on the phone."
Dean laughed mentally. He knew it wasn't buyable given he hasnt even had a proper talk with M.M. or Frenchie, kind of. If you count, talking about experience with guns as a proper talk. "...No." Dean stated, throwing a small fit.
"Nows ain't a time to be a pissy prince, Dean."
He huffs and walks back to M.M, holding out the phone. "Butcher wants to talk." He simply said.
