Kiyomi is a kind, helpful girl with a strong character. However, she can be serious and intimidating, a fact well known to her friends from the academy, especially her brother - Uchiha Sasuke. She has a strong interest in medicine and is quite knowledgeable about it. Despite not showing it at first glance, she is quite intelligent for her age. She is known as the "Terror of young ninjas". She is also very stubborn.
