July 23rd, Konohagakure Hospital.

On this day, twins were born, and the Uchiha couple didn't know they would have twins until the moment of birth. They only knew the gender of the child.

"Twins?" Fugaku, the father of the newborns, asked.

"Isn't it beautiful? She looks so much like her little brother," Mikoto, the exhausted mother, replied. "We don't have a name for her yet, any ideas?" she asked.

"Her beauty is so pure... " the man remarked. "Kiyomi?" he suggested.

"Perfect," the woman weakly smiled.

December 18th, Uchiha Clan Compound.

A memorable day for everyone, both for Layla's family and the entire clan. Everyone was involved, even the teenagers. They helped, they were almost scared. Time was of the essence. Uchiha Kiyomi - the 5-month-old daughter of one of the largest clan leaders was losing her life. Her chakra was diminishing with each passing minute, every chakra node fading away.

"Itachi, take Sasuke to the third floor and come back immediately!" he ordered his eldest son.

"I'll do it, let Itachi stay. Time is of the essence," Shisui proposed.

"Alright, thank you very much, Shisui," the leader agreed.

Shisui took the crying Sasuke from his companion's arms and disappeared with the child.

"Nothing is helping. What do we do, my love?" the distraught mother asked.

"Tsunade-sama should be here soon. In the meantime, we must keep her alive through our medics," he replied. "Hisahi, what's the situation?" he asked his ally, Fugaku.

"Out of three hundred sixty-one chakra nodes, three hundred forty-five remain," he informed. "That's ten less than half an hour ago," he added.

Fugaku knew he had to be tough, but deep down, he felt helpless.

"Tsunade-sama has arrived!" Itachi shouted.

"How's the situation?" the blonde asked.

"She's lost sixteen chakra nodes," Hirashi answered.

"They said it was bad, but this is really a rare case," she commented. "Kuchiyose no Jutsu!" she summoned her slug for assistance. "Katusyu, split up and start treating this child."

"Understood!" the large slug responded, dividing itself into pieces and surrounding the five-month-old baby.

"She still lacks nodes," she responded after several hours of treatment. "We can continue treating her indefinitely, but the nodes will decrease over the years. If we don't give her proper cells, something like a transplant, she'll die by the age of three at most," she said immediately upon leaving the operating room. "Do you have access to such cells?" she asked.

"Yes, but is it dangerous?" he asked.

"It depends," she replied shortly. "It's best if it's someone with strong genes from the same clan," she replied.

"Please follow me, Tsunade-sama," he responded.

The medic and the father of the five-month-old girl went to the Naka Shrine.

"All the Uchiha secrets are contained here," he spoke. "There are also ready cells from our clan."

"Are you sure they'll be strong enough to sustain her for at least thirty more years?" she asked, looking far into the future.

"Absolutely, Tsunade-sama," he replied, confident in his choice. "I didn't know we would need to use them someday," he added. "But I entrust these cells to you. The cells of the strongest Uchiha - Uchiha Madara - in your hands," he said, handing her the vials. "Please, save my daughter," he almost pleaded, tears welling up. "I'm helpless, to be honest. I'll do anything for her!" he added.

"Uchiha Madara?" one of the legendary ninjas exclaimed in surprise.

"I know he was the greatest enemy, but he was also an Uchiha. Please accept his cells," he requested once more.

"Very well, I'll do what I can," the woman replied, returning to the operating room with determined steps.

All Fugaku and Itachi heard from Tsunade when she entered the operating room was:

"Let's get to work, This is about saving a child's life!"

"Mom must be really worried now. Are you sure it was better not to involve her?" Itachi asked his father.

"Yes, she's tired. Let her rest at home," he replied. "Mikoto trusts Tsunade-sama more than anything in the world, just like I do," he added.
