I felt uneasy when I left. Why does it feel like someone's following me? It feels like my subconsciousness was trying to tell me something.

I shrugged of the worry and decided I'll take the gamble to ignore it. I have more important things to worry handle. I thought back to the conversation I had with the girl named Kiara. She seemed really...stingy?

I sighed. I really am not in the position to be with another girl: especially on a quest! It might take a whole summer and anything can happen. My girlfriend is already a handful.

As if on cue, my phone suddenly rang. My girlfriend's number flashed on my phone screen. I paused as my finger hovered on the answer button. I guess I won't tell her what happened, I thought as I pushed the answer button.

"Hello Teacup." I said in a cheerful tone.

"Ellooooo there!!" sand a high pitched voice from the other end.

"Awww, a little too loud now." I said smiling at her enthusiasm.

"Heheh, sorry but what are you doing right now? Wanna go out shopping or something?"

"I groaned internally and said,"Maybe next Saturday or Sunday okay, I'm really tired today."

She started whining,"But I wanna go today, next week feels like years."

"We just went yesterday though."

She huffed and said,"Oh, so what are you going to do today with the entire day? Take another girl out?"

That instantly made me think of Kiara. I growled and mentally slapped myself Why am I thinking about her? It's not like I spent any time with her going out.

"What do you even mean? We'll been together for two years! Just cus I don't wanna go for shopping doesn't mean I'm with another girl."

She sniffed and said,"Just making sure. These days I just feel kinda insecure."

"What? How?"

"I don't know. Just insecure."

"It's okay, you know I love you."

"I love you too." she whispered .

"Okay good." I said. "Now go whatever you do when you're free. I'm going to take a nap."

"Hahaha, alright. Have fun with your nap." she said, her enthusiasm returning.

"Yea. Bye. See you tomorrow."

I hanged up and sat there for a while wondering what in the world I should do. I rubbed my head in frustration and decided to do as I said; take a nap. Everything will fall in place, I thought to myself.
